I suggest to apply mid range in veg room/start-mid of flower. So if you have both vegroom and bloom, apply larvae predators and adults + yellow traps at such date. Reason why I say use it at mid range of veg 2-6 weeks and apply same time have two rooms (veg/flower) to save you cash and have a IPM fpr such the whole cycle.
I deeply suggest overpopulation what they suggest cause cost of the bug/predator is cheaper than their 1 day shipping . Example the 50ml of nematodes vs 250million is less than 2.t price. The 250 million version u can make a 50 gallon the most concentration and apply to both roaks and guratee the fungus gnats and thrips are def fucked. I saw when I got infected heavily a few cycles ago it killed em off within 24-72 hours = zero fliers and a week later my new yellow traps showed less than 5 flies per trap.
Larvae stage of Fungis gnat killer and prevent for 4-6 weeks: Nematodes, key is don’t buy off of certified sellers and make sure the wholesaler is alive and a legit seller of such. I omly get that from bug wholesalers and price compare the legit brands for killing fungus gnats (nemasys )
Target Pests: Larval stages of fungus gnats (Bradysia spp.), adult and pupal stages of western flower thrips (Frankliniella occidentalis) Description: Beneficial nematodes are microscopic worms that attack and kill targeted insects, without affecting any other organisms. Within the infected...

To be a IPM on fungus gnats + many medium based pests, rove beetles are the best since many environment or temps make predator mites not as efficient at kill count or reproduce as quickly. Example a person running vpd in higher room = def lowers mite count of production and activity .
rove beetles are only suggested in greenhouse and indoors cause they tend to run off after eating outdoors and you’ll lose the efficient %. If you over apply per square feet ( like I like to get the 5oo-1k count) I can apply both rooms and still see rove beetles next season even if I have t been growing for the summer.
Atheta coriaria or Rove beetle (Dalotia coriaria are used primarily to assist in the control of shore flies and fungus gnats and other small arthropods in the soil or planting media. They also help control soil stages of thrips and feed on most other small soil organisms such as moth flies...
