Got a few strains wet over the weekend. The two I’m most excited for are—
Cannarado Genetix : Dubble Sundae (sour Dubble x sundae driver) gifted to me from @Amos Otis

Briscos Bargain Beans : Banana Punch X Southern Bananans
Bred by our own @Amos Otis

CLONING SUCCESS AT 100%
FINALLY!!!!!!

After several attempts and using multiple methods I all but gave up cloning until I figured I must of been doing something wrong that is so simple I’m not thinking I need to fix it… we’ll I think I figured it out.

Humidity/Pressure in the dome.
So everytime I tried to clone something no matter if I used aloe, IBA powder, Clonex, Foop, aspirin, or even if I put it in coco, rockwool, peat, soil, rapid or riot rooters and bubble/aero cloners. I could barely ever get the cuttings to root. For me I figured it had to be the powder/gel/aloe it couldn’t possibly be something I was doing… well after trying everything and having little luck I figured I had to be doing something wrong. Following lots of reading, the only thing I didn’t do that a lot of others did!was mist. my cuttings often and keep the dome vents closed.
I always thought plants needed air to grow so I always left the vents cracked a bit and I thought if I kept the cuttings wet they would get rot or die before they could even root.

I couldn’t of been more wrong. This last time while I was cloning a cut of Copper Orgi S1 I’ve been trying to keep around I decided to try it the exact way they said so in the cloning guide no thinking I know better just 100% listening and following instructions. So after about 6 days of keeping the root plugs moist and the foliage damp. I noticed some smooth white roots protruding from the rooting plug. Me not messing with it as much as I normally would and not taking the dome cover off unless it was to water or spray the cuttings then placing it back on immediately. This all played a big part in me getting such healthy roots on these cuttings.

what a great feeling eh!? Man it’s just nice to have a system that u are somewhat confident in ???
It truly is man! I’ve had a couple amazing plants that I wanted to keep a cut of just to run it a few more times but they didn’t take and I’d get so crushed.
Now it’s just so nice to be able to take a cut and know that I will be able to keep it. I did another trial run right after this to make sure it wasn’t a fluke and they all took too so it’s definitely a weight off my shoulders

Setting up for the next few Photo run. I don’t have any testers to do for anyone which is so difficult because I actually had to pick what I wanted to grow…

strains:
Banana Punch X Southern Banana (Briscos bargain beans)

Dubble Sundae (Cannarado)
[Sour Dubble X Sundae Driver]

Spirit Train F2 (Sebring Seeds)
[Trainwreck X Kashmir]

Setup:
This set up makes me remember the first grow of last year. Using only cfls and a janky LED. At least this is only until I have room in my tent.

(2x23w CFL, 1x13wLed)

Today marked week 3 since they popped through the soil. I decided to do a main line on all of them since that training has been working excellent since I started until using it with every grow.

All 4 of the above have been topped once and allbottom growth removed. I also noticed 2 distinctly different leaf structures 3x are the big gay indica shaped leaves with lots of serrated edges on each leaf where as this 1x different one has long skinny fingered leaves with less serrated edges but more defined teeth. Very interested in this.

So I’ve heard from a few others too. Believe me I’ve thanked @Amos Otis for them and I’m sure I will do it a few more times throughout this grow. Not to mention his Banana Punch x Southern Bananas is more dank then the Dubble sundae at the moment.
I didn’t realize how much small veg plants can reek! 27B4620D-617B-4B80-8D70-9F2A75055B24.jpeg

Pots- plastic #1 nursery pot (1gal)
Nutrients- House and garden cocos A+B and Roots Excel.
Microbes- Recharge

@Frimpong is doing big things and making some seriously gorgeous plants. This is my first ever dark leaved strain and I am just in love with the aesthetics in every way. Especially #1 that is by far my favorite plant I’ve ever grown. I cannot get over the contrast of that green on those dark black/purple leaves.
Below are Pigs In A Blanket in order #1-#3 at day 50 of flower
