12/12 Seed Company is a collaboration between two hobbyist growers, @Senokai and @THT, who've been experimenting with chucking and breeding since the very early 2000's. Our goal is to provide thoroughly tested strains that have consistent big time flavors with distinct and unique terpenes. We enjoy spending time working each strain into something repeatable and uniform so you always know what to expect. We also exclusively utilize a 12/12 from seed growth cycle for all our projects and focus on identifying and selecting strains that perform ideally in 12/12 from seed under strict height limitations.

Our first two projects are now available with more on the way very soon, and more great projects in progress.

Try not to let the name throw you off, we just think it's funny. We also consider this strain to be one worth hyping up a bit. After searching through a few 'branches' of the F1 phenos, we ended up deeply exploring our #3 and bringing it to F5. The terps are a wild mix that do not resemble either parent and end up strongly smelling and tasting like dirt/soil. Our favorite expression reminds us of walking into a grow store - slight chemical fertilizer fuel and organic nutrients plus earthy dirt. We've never had anything like it and that places it in a category all of its own.

This is another one we are very proud of. This strain was not easy to dial in and we ended up doing the F3 to F5 project twice as we were not satisfied with the structure of the first project. Needless to say we nailed it on the second go around. This strain produces tasty heavy yields with a unique terpene profile that we describe as 'dark' like coffee, leather, and shoe polish with a hint of citrus.

We have a great deal of chucks and less heavily worked strains that will be added as freebies but we also plan to make them each available as well.

If you have grown any THT or Senokai strains and would like to share any pics, reviews, feedback etc, feel free to post them here any time. We'll try to keep the thread interesting and share some of the inner workings of our strain selection process and techniques. We think it's just as important to show the failures as it is to show the successes so expect to see it all here.

Thank you and there's more. Another cross that has been time tested is the Tangie X Sour Strawberries. So perfect for 12/12 from seed, some really high yields, and not much variation.
here's a round of Tangie X Sour Strawberries grown by each of us, really tasty smoke with a 50/50 split between Tangie and Sour Straw almost 100% of the time.

@THT & @Senokai , your work looks and sounds amazing! I love that you are carving out a unique niche with the 12/12 small plant size thing, very cool.
Where can we buy your beans? I'd love to peruse everything you guys are offering.
I'm making a point to buy just from breeders here now. I definitely want to support all the awesome work going on, but damn my wishlist is getting long! I'll get to you all eventually, lol.

Hell yea, @Senokai or I can make it happen any time.
In fact, @Senokai is currently making a brand new F1 cross from our Dirt stick F5 to the cut of Gary Payton. Dirty Gary might be worth a look too :)
Pretty excited to make the Dirty Gary happen. I should be able to pass out a few testers if anyone is interested. The Dirt Stick male selected for the cross will stay inline with the male phenotype we have selected across 5 generations of breeding Dirt Stick. Typically two male phenos appear and the shorter pheno has played a part in what makes Dirt Stick so flavorful.

Tangies often show tall, and whispy. There was no floof on this girl.
thick and hardbodied
tight and tasty

I would agree that this is a stable mix. I had three additional girls and they are all hard to tell apart.

Not too sweet and not at all harsh.
It is not candy, it is not exhaust.
Closest thing I can compare it to is subcools Zinger.
- I got to craving it
- at times I resisted
- then it was gone
