yo glad to see you back! who did the runtz stuff that you just popped? I got some runtz x sour bubble from tony green going right now, runtz seemed like it was hot for a second and then gone the next. Either way it'll be interesting to see what those ones look like for you. That whole lineup sounds like its gonna be a super dank variety.
I believe it’s from Savage Genetics. Yeah Runtz is still popular on the streets at least but not like before. I ran across a strain called Banana Açaí Mints at the dispensary that i’ve been absolutely loving. The smells is spot on banana runts candy 🤤

Awwww sheeeit look who’s back.

You lied? No you TRIED. It didn’t work out cuz of life stuffs but look you’re back in the ring continuing to try, sharing your love for the plant and experience w all of us. You know that canna is helping you, health issues, physically, mentally. Really good to see you back n swinging AA.

If you don’t mind me asking which are the best strains you’ve found to help wout womanly issues? Specifically heavy, sometimes super heavy monthly pains in the lower back regions. When the super happens it typically comes with super heavy flows. I have friends who have complained about this the most.

Apologies in advance if you felt offended by this question. Also to anyone who thinks this is TMI but this type of stuff doesn’t get discussed often especially in the realm of canna which could definitely be of help and the level of refinement we can get in strains, cuts, and such could help out a lotta women.
Thank you ❤️

And the same as before, Cookies/Gelatos mostly. I luckily do not deal with super heavy flows but i do have some of the worst symptoms compared to most women. Worst being the nausea followed by very bad lower back pain. I’ve gone and got something done that’ll helpfully minimize if not get rid of those problems cause honestly weed simply wasn’t going to do anything. the pain was too intense and they refuse to give me anything stronger than ibuprofen which i hate taking.

Also Zofran and extra strength tylenol at the right time have been life savers, just gotta time it right.

I feel like am i am to hawaiian as billy is to cheese, and this is were we meet 🤣

Killer line up you have going! that one stood out esp and hog jam.
Always wanted to try garlic margy, margy brings the frost heavy from what i tried.

For the medical effect i wondered if strains i use for my back spasm stuff would also help with cramps?
If so i have a gooeybreeder hawaiian king that is very good for relief and muscle relaxation. That and some other fav purples i have were something i focused heavy on breeding/keeping around, bc i needed them for aid in stretching and laying on an accupressure mat forever.

People sometimes say that purples are weaker but i think they hit people dif is all. Not so heady i guess, but that seems like an over generalization too

Love that this is a discussion 🤙🏽
My second worst symptom is back pain so i would like to think the same strains would work. I definitely am someone that enjoys the purple/more fruity strains. I don’t need super high thc i want the high terpenes. This will be my first time growing any of those strains; G13, Hawaiian, and Exodus Cheese so it’ll be fun to see how it is.

AA - I feel sheepish even posting this, and I really don't know what you're going through.

Caught mention of this article watching a Tucker Goodrich interview.... Maybe it may be of help in general?
Thank you so much. Reminds me of my dad, he sends a lot of articles too ☺️
Honestly i’ve been dealing with this nausea problem for 6 years and with that i’ve pretty much eliminated a lot of things from my diet. I do need to do better at eliminating sugar via soda aka ginger ale but that’s going to be so tuff, i be needing to burp 😅

I just found this ^

Hope that helps :)
That pretty much lines up with what i’ve found for myself. I always go for heavy b-Caryophyllene, Myrcene, Linalool, and Limonene strains. I try to avoid ones that have a lot of Ocimine AND Humulene as i’ve found that makes my stomach feel worse when i’m sick.

Also for those looking for answer for women in their life, you have to remember terpenes effect everyone differently. For the first 2-3 years of going to a dispensary i made sure to write down the terpenes of every concentrate i got and made of note of how it effected me during that time. It’s how i’ve decided on what seeds to buy or what to avoid.

That's a great idea! Having a Terpenes log to remind yourself of what actually works saves time and head aches.

We have new stuff we've ran this season, but from this past season, the Susie Cream Cheese and Fiona's Chem Cake have done really well for stomach issues. We also have some other new ones lined up for the upcoming season to try out too.

Have you popped today Hawaiian Cheese cross yet??

Thanks for the insight. And thank you for everyone who has been chiming into the conversation.

Zofran is super underrated. I always have some on hand. It takes out nausea very well. I’ve had it in both hospital and home settings and also give em out during the monthly times for women and they have all asked for some when Ike’s get really rough. Not any side effects that anyone has noticed either. When they prescribe it they only give like ten tablets at a time so I just hoard em when I can.

Good stuff folks lots of great info to glean here.

I’ve only just realized my doctor was giving me 12 for a day 3 supply… 6 months later. I didn’t know i could’ve been refilling weekly, i would’ve had a nice stash by now. I’ll be off my dad’s insurance by next month so i gotta get what i can 🥲

AA - it's your pesky naturalist uncle checking in again.....😂😂😂

If the Zofran thing dries up, I truly achieved some good results from Butterbur herb extract for some pretty debilitating lower back spasms last year.
I'm really trying to avoid Tylenol and Advil these days.
Doubtful it's anywhere near as effective at the med, but if you don't have other options, it's readily available and fairly cheap.

Look into Medi Care type of government programs that can help you get through until you can find private insurance. They should be able to cover meds such as Zofran at little to no cost. The only issue is that they may not cover your current doctor but it’s always worth it to check. Last case scenario, they have a list of doctors that they do cover and one may be a fit for you.

Yeah I actually have Medicaid, at least for now if i don’t remember to recertify my adhd been kicking my ass lately 😭, And my doctor doesn’t take what I have so yeah idk, i’m not too big on finding new doctors and especially one that’s kinda personal. I’ll be on the hunt for one next year tho.

found this at the gym I go to working out 4-5 hours a day and will be very sore/injured, this stuff helps my knees go down from the size of grapefruits.

My wife also uses it for her cycle pain, lower back and pelvic floor issues.
