Okay you pumpkin pie fans. If you've never made it from scratch it is pretty easy. I cut that white pumpkin up

into 6 pieces. I'll save the green one for Christmas. We love pumpkin pie in this house and we already polished off a store bought one to warm up on.

Got the turkey breast going

1st Pie is in the oven

Pie recipe

Preheat oven to 425F
19 oz pumpkin puree - who here doesn't have a scale, raise your hand...
1 14 oz can sweet cream
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon all spice
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 large eggs

Mix together
Pour into deep dish pie crust
Cook for 20 minutes. Lower temperature to 350F and cook another 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Serve with extra whipped cream?

Also made brisket and root veggies, but if I'm being honest, they're mostly just so we weren't eating a giant pile of fried potatoes with applesauce for dinner
