So I bought what was supposed to be an 8" diffuser for a Waterfarm to try out. Ended up being 9.5" which won't fit. When I returned it, they refused to reimburse me for the $4.95 they charged but the $8 I had to spend to ship it back. I wasted $13 for absolutely nothing. They suck.

i ordered my maintenance replacement on my cmh 315 bulbs 4K and after I installed 2/3 wouldn’t even turn on ..... odd thing 1/2 that wouldn’t boot was even black ( that it was a pre-used bulb?) anyways I called them and asked what was up and replacments and I had no problem showing them pictures of the “broken bulbs “

after this, they made me ship em. After they received em. They reduced the reduced the total worth by 5o% and said 1/2 (meaning they would only give me 1 replacevent ) was on me and I had to pay for the shipping to get it back to me? Wtf

fuck growers house and my main thing now is always read tos and reviews and how returns and a company ”works”

i forgot to mention what the guy tolld me: "we aren't responsible for the description from the manufacturer" so i asked him if i bought a 1 HP chiller and it really was only 1/10 HP, that this would be the same situation?? fucking wankers.

That shit drives me nuts.... I have a supplier that pulls that all the time, tells me they aren't responsible for the manufacturers mistakes...apparently I'm supposed to contact the factory in Guangzhou when they fuck up

I call BS. If you sell something you should stand behind it. You should contact the manufacturer on behalf of the customer. It's absurd how little some companies care about their customers these days.
