Another option is to use a trellis and tie the branches down. I find it helps when you never know what is going to stretch more. A couple of 1 x 2s screwed into the wall and some hooks screwed into them would make a nice addition to this space.

Yup, planning on using a net once the tables are in. I passed on it for now to make defoliation easier since the canopy is so deep. Had to be able to slide them around a bit to get to them. Once the tables are in I shouldn't have an issue reaching in to pluck shit through the net.

I think my brain is stuck in cold tent and promix mode sometimes lol. I gotta get used to the more vigorous growth with the coco and better environment.

Is there any reason to not use a smart outlet for a pump timer? Trying to decide between using a smart outlet, cycle timer, or regular digital timer to automate watering. Seems like I would have more flexibility with the smart outlet.

Haven't updated in a while, been busy as fuck the last few weeks. Got all this done though, just gotta get the net thrown in and decide if I want to cut the legs for the trellis frame a bit shorter. Probably gonna flip this sunday

Pretty sure I'm going to forgo the second 3x6 and add a 2x4 instead. Should be plenty of room still to pheno hunt in small pots, and not be such a cramped clusterfuck. Pretty much just waiting on drip-right to release the smaller hydrolock cones to start on that.

Just curious... What Are the dimensions of your trellis?

It's about 3x6 and about 4 1/2 ft from where it attaches, to the top bar. It's attached to the edge of the stand for the trays with T fittings all the way around.


I drilled two holes large enough for a screw head to pass through, and then two pilot holes in each and screwed them in.
