Senescence...and possibly genetics, as my plants usually/typically stay mostly green til chop. Temps have been in the upper 70s-80s and aren't/haven't been dropping so definitely not temp related...and I don't really 'feed' or 'flush.' Aside from the dry amendments that I add at beginning of flower, and sometimes midway, all they really get is a weekly dose of Urb microbes and water the rest of the time...maybe some epsom every other week or so. I did just start introducing Recharge like last week that they got a dose of and they seemed to like.

Yes sir! Got cuttings of both #1 and #3 and F2 pollen to take to F3...I have F1 pollen also that I may or may not hit the F2 with... we'll see!

It's been brought to my attention that it'll be in my best interest to kick up my ipm...so that's happening right now. Gonna take everything out for scoping, thinning, washing, and treating. The veg tent is also getting some new shoes and flipped tonight.
First up for this business, since everything else is in dark til 8, is the veg tent with Larry Burger x Black Cherry Pie #2
This isn't one that's in question, but everyone will be getting the same treatment regardless. Gonna scope her. Get her some new shoes, clean her up with a hair cut and a good washing. Then repeat with the next (#1) and work my way down the line. I'll report back with progress when I'm finished. Happy growing??

Looking at this last pic I see some more fan leaves I should have taken. This tent is going 12/12 now before they overgrow this space. Gonna have buds galore in 8-11 weeks here...gonna be harvesting 2 tents back to back.
I had my WhippedOranges#5 x M99 in this tent also. But, seeing as it's full as is, and was a lil taller and more stretched out than any of these, that one has joined the ladies in the 4x4. I passed out before I got to it last night, but I'll get to the 4x4 tonight.
I really need to get to clearing a space for another tent. I need somewhere to dust the cuttings I took for making the seeds I wanted this round cause I don't wanna do it in the closet they're currently in. They need new shoes and a lil more space.

Just got to scoping the cut in question. The Alien OG. Scoped at 100x on like 5 leaves off one of them (there's 3, 2 in veg, 1 in flower) and found some movement on 2 of them. Only found 1 on one leaf. Then took some from even lower and on it and I found a group of like 6 or so. Did a quick search on what russet mites actually look like. Found this photo in my search...
And that's pretty much exactly what I saw? I haven't checked the one in flower just yet. But, although the plant looks decent overall, and is the only one in there that's praying, but I'd be lying if I didn't say that the bud development looks a lil suspect. It was only the worst looking one so far but... I've gotta quarantine them again. And treat the shit out of em. I caught them pretty early it seems considering this was like the only picture I found with a single fucker (not yet in full blown colonies). But the fact that they've made their way up to the leaves is not a good sign. I can't have them screwing up my grow.
Gonna pull them from the rest of the population and douse the fuck out of em? this is gonna be my first real battle with a truly demonic pest. I wanna take the most organic approach as possible so I'm gonna hit them with everything I've got and hope for the best. I'm optimistic, but am also a realist, so I'll keep a close eye and if I see anything other than progress in the right direction in the days to come they're getting canned. Gonna fuck up some plans that were already in the works, but I'm not gonna compromise everything for one fucking cut that is still available on the market. Wish me luck guys, I'm gonna need it...

I might as well document my battle in hopes that I can: 1) beat them and, if successful, 2) help someone else out in their time of need when faced with the same issue. Which from what I have heard/read this is the one pest you wish you'll never encounter...One you wouldn't even wish on your own worst enemy...just my luck that's the one I get in my first real battle with a true killer. I get fuckin' Thanos for my first tango...and he's/they're fuckin microscopic, wtf!??
Upon arrival I should have quarantined them for longer and hit them harder than I did and I'm sure I could have avoided this whole mess. It's my fault for going against my own rules of not bringing in cuts to begin with, as well as not doing my due diligence to ensure they were clean. I found less than 10 total over the dozen or so leaves I checked. So, here they are now.
The funny looking budsites on the one in flower.
I know it's hard to see, they're so small and couldn't get it to focus, but something just looks off to me.
Moved them away from everything else. Stripped em down and hit em with a heavy slurry of Dr.Bronner (citrus, mint, and tea tree) on every inch of every plant and top soil. Then hit with a layer of neem seed meal on top soil and main stalk. I've got some more up my sleeve to add to the mix shortly also.
Anyway, enough of the bad...let's move on to some brighter news! I chopped the Banana Fruit Snax.
I couldn't keep this girl happy for the life of me. But I think she's truly special! Despite the fact that I could never actually make her happy and green she grew fast, smells amazing?, and threw down some chunky dense nug meat. I am confident that dialed in she would be nothing short of spectacular! I have cuttings of her backed up that are green. I'll have another go at her and probly dust her with something.
Slymeball F2 getting her dry on. Gonna be ready to trim any day now! ?

The budsites are the real tell tale on this. They get that withered tannish look to the pistils, not brown or rust but not white like healthy. The key is hitting them every 2 days with whatever combo you are using. They have a wicked fast cycle and the lay their eggs in the stems.

Thanks for the info? Yes, that's exactly what I'm seeing here. I knew the budsites just did not look right...and were growing super slow, which is weird cause up til now that plant just wants to do nothing but grow! But since the rest of the plant looked fine and praying I kinda just disregarded it when I noticed the other day and thought it would just grow out of it. But, what your saying makes complete sense. That plant's been in flower for almost 3 weeks and those budsites are completely laughable for being that long and not seeing any trich development... The plants I just put in there last week look way better and much further along.
I'm gonna hit em with some DE in a bit here. Gonna be alternating the Dr.Bronners with DrZymes and I have some Plant Therapy as well as Agsil on the way which will also join the rotation. I'm not taking the L on this, I will beat these fuckers! Sooo glad and thankful to have someone following along that has been through this battle before... Puts the anxiety at ease a bit and gives me a lil boost of confidence. Thanks so much man!?

Looking good Mo. The foot stank is coming from the Arise. When I grew it out. It ended up with a citronella funk, lemon and pine. CandyMAC looks perfect

Thanks Idle! Been meaning to ask you about that. Yeah, I figured it had to be coming from that side of things. Projected harvest date is Tuesday @roughly 10-10.5 wks. I think CandyMAC is gonna beast!

I've heard nothing but good shit and just now, after applying, I actually feel better/cleaner, plants look/seem cleaner so far... We'll see to determine in the days to follow.
