review: works great and you can def get a lot of puffs vs setting it on fire. It removes the con of having to fill bags and then get back up to refill em

it gets to your temp set to super quick and even vibrates to when it’s ready.

I’ll give a month review in 3 weeks ;)

its working great, only time I don’t use it is when I want a quick puff and not wait for temp to raise or the battery is dead

it last quite a bit running it on the battery, impressive and easy to Use and Love how easy it is to clean and put a new bowl of cannabis in.

I have a question for cannabis vapists.. (or is it vapers? my english is not what it used to be..)

What is the vaping smell like for people in the same room? Does it smell like weed, like smoking a joint or ripping a hit from a bong, or something else? Never really vaped weed so that I could recall the smell correctly, was so long ago I took a few hits from someones MFLB.. Technology must have advanced since then... (a toasty popcornish smell perhaps if I jog my memory..)

I am curious about portable vapes, but would love to know how stealthy it is among people who don´t smoke weed or might even be adverse to it, think of family gatherings with older people etc.. what I am thinking is does it pass as a nicotine vape smellwise for the uninitiated?

thanks fellow hunters

I have a Volcano ? at home. Tabletop vape unit. Doesn't really smell like herb to me. More like a weird toasty popcorn ? smell like you said.

A portable vape pen using concentrates, distillate or such. I dont really notice a cannabis smell at all.

I smoke a vape pen cartridge or wax/ fresh frozen etc...in public, at work, Lowe's anywhere I choose that you might normally vape...no smell...not noticable unless you overdo it and choke the fuck out of yourself or fall over from passing out...lol.

If you don't mind carrying a torch lighter (makes heating much faster) a Dynavap is great as a portable vape. I am more of an at-home user but have taken it around a few times with no issues. The dab coil (dynacoil) works super well, too, although I keep overfilling it because I'm bad at eyeing how much I need lol. It's great to have a separate tip I can swap quickly to go between the two.

I use it with a little water pipe to cool the vapor off a bit for the dynacoil. The only real "downside" is the lack of technology as you can't just draw and get a hit. They have a portable heater but is like a giant puck looking thing and seems like overkill to me.

Side note: anyone remember or still use a Magic Flight Launch Box? I loved that thing so much. Made my days unloading at Walmart 10 years ago much better.

by “mobile” it woild be even be cool if it can has a battery or even be plugged in and still use it? Ethier way I would love to hear some suggestions,
I have a volcano but I would love to have a no bag version that I could vape but no bags .

love To hear some people on here their suggestion cause I don’t like to blind buy or take “fake reviews” or goobers lol

im sure a lot of people feel that same way and this kind of thread would be helpful
So it's been a year, how's your unit working and still happy with it?

It's also been a year for me
20220217_092007.jpg
The one drawback I see with the herb vape units is when the coil goes the unit is done and a year ago I found the Mig Vaper Sub-Ohm on the right in the pic above for $42.95, extra coils $16.95, non-glass dome "Armor" (I break all glass smoking items) plus whatever shipping was at the time (free shipping over $100 order).

I think the biggest plus is being able to replace the coils and you can use most battery mods over 30 watt. Since I'm able to get cheap mods this whole set up cost me about $125 w/ 2 extra coils. This lasted over 6 months and when I opened the last new coil I ordered 2 more which have lasted another 7 months and 1 still going strong.

I ordered 2 more a couple weeks ago $16.95 ea coil and shipping $6.49 EACH (that's horseshit) and $2.62 tx for a grand total of $49.50 but they changed shipping companies to Deliver-it and they SUCK. No communication on when I can expect delivery so of course I missed it, twice and my package has been returned to sender. I tried contacting Mig Vaper but ran into an automated shit show. Calling Deliver-it is an on hold joke and after 30 minutes of listening to their apology over and over for 30 fricking minutes I hung up and won't waste my time again. F 'em both - this morning's rant was brought to you by the idiots at Mig Vaper.

So I looked into other options and I found the unit on the left in the above picture, Honeystick. Basically the same design but much less. I ordered the unit $32.00, with 2 extra coils $9.95 ea for a grand total with tx and shipping of $59.71 and it arrived in my mail box in a few days. Only $10 more than my 2 coil order from Mig, F 'em.

The coils have been lasting me 2-3 months each. The mods are work horses with replaceable batteries. So far it's been a great buy and even my lungs are happier. While I still roll a lot after a harvest these vapes work well and are cheap. The only drawback with the Honey brand is they only offer a glass dome but the two units are the exact same size so the Armor dome will fit the Honey coil. Awesome!

So my recommendation for a travel herb vape would be the Honeystick with the Mig Vaper metal dome and purchase a quality mod if you don't already have one. You just can't beat the price and quality. I doubt if I'll ever try any other travel vapes at this point?

After year (close enough ) Review of Mighty Vape for me:

It is a great home use /safe area vape and makes it so you can consume without the need of a small bowl ( nice for me, hate repacking every few puffs). yes you could take it outdoors or w/e and chill. I just wouldn't suggest walking into a grocery store or at work with it or anywhere u fear haters being Karens on ya.

now the durability and how long the battery works is great. I can add Kief with bud and it works perfect, no oil issues or plug ups. the fact is after a year and I use it a good hr a day (1-2 bowls) , never needed any new parts and the company is well built up and has a good reputation for such ( same company that made volcano )

I really like how its built, pure heat sink and everything u can tell is durable. I would suggest this to anyone who needs a everyday and heavy consumer but doesn't want to smoke all the time.

a good example of bad costumer service and bad vape ( at least for me so far)....Now I bought a Puffco Pro and the thing stopped working within a day or two of use. well I contacted the company and they told me I had to get a 60 dollar replacement? I asked why? should a device be able to work ur whole warranty if its normal use and nothing out of the ordinary ? they stopped responding ...400+ bucks down the drain on the PC pro . might sell it but good lord it def soured my mouth to know the thing will need to be repaired all the time. I was so excited to try it and I wasn't expecting it to last forever, but good lord I was being super careful and I read every page of manual multi times.... fuck them

I am glad you confirm my findings too. I own a mighty and a volcano and they are the only vapes i use now.

I love joints but some days the body does not. And with those rosin pads wow does it work for rosin and dabs.

I might have to get one of those pod fillers and some pods for quick fills. but "I agree...no part breakage just solid reliable.

the volcano on 6 3/4 is perfection. I fill 2 bags and often get so baked from the first one i forget the 2nd one is there. Doob fury in a vape.

Good thread @BH. Would you mind also posting up your review in the Product Reviews section? Would like to get some traction in there as there are so many products now and a centralized section for such things would be helpful. Thanks man ?

My Arizer Air 1 is still going strong. It kept me company to and from the lake today. I'm thinking it's been 6ish years of pretty regular use. Might pick up one of the next generation (Air or Solo), though I've heard the QC isn't as good.

Finally upgraded, and I skipped the Air 2 and Solo 2 and went straight for the new Air Max. Ordered today, so I'll be camped out at the post office for the next week or so.

I know ball vapes and injector units are all the rage right now, but I think I'll wait a year or two and let the tech get de-bugged and the prices to come down. Arizer has been good to me. My Air 1 is still going like new(just finished a bowl, actually).

Included water piece adapter, back compatible with older stems, auto-inverting display, improved draw resistance, 2-1/2 hour battery life, swappable battery, programmable sessions and 'dark mode' are some of the things that got my attention.
