Side note:
if u can, get ur plants access to communicate and also have the benefits of being in ground,
You guys ever add Recharge to the soil to give the microbes a boost ? Experimenting with that and pot ash this year. The Sugar Daddy I give my plants helps feed them but I'm just getting into helping the soil create an ecosystem.
Sounds like I'm switching next season. Shit thanks bro for the info.i actually got a free 5or 6lb of it by the owner ( Scotty real @ dgs) and did a compare with it like 3 or 4 years ago vs raw microbe and roots organic bio-force. recharge was no match and it made 100% sense, the population and species count for recharge is way lower and cost per lb is if not same. Tbh I’ve looked so countless brands and recharge wasnt in my top 5 ever cause it just doesn’t hit enough hit numbers compared to others for same price to be my bought product. Just being honest
look at the back of ur bag and also google ur species as a suggestion and look at bioforces and any that are not on ur bag read, you’ll know why I pick bioforce than! not I’m;y does it have drought, heat, defende and multi intakers like p/k and chitin intakers but the trich fungi is also there.

I only quoted the first sentence, although I thoroughly enjoyed the entire discourse.
I appreciate your viewpoint on these things, and I like reading about it.
Certainly, I see my 'dirt-pile', (as the kids call it) as a living thing.
I give it my time, I know it, and I even miss it a little bit in the winter.
My plot is about 8x20. My favorite station is where I pile all the macro stuff. Xmas tree, broken hardwood branches, timothy hay, aspen shavings, paper bags, egg cartons,,, you get the idea. Come fall, I cap it up with bushels of Elm leaves.
It is like a pocket universe. Becomes infested with every level of the food chain. I love to see the blooms fungus and webs mycos. Those leaves are magic. Centipedes and spiders, and all manner creatures.
And the worms BH !
Nothing ( next to a 12V battery) brings in those night crawlers like leaf litter.
I do agree that so many essential functions are facilitated by having a toe into the good earth.
My water is high ph, like yours.
Creeps up to 250 ppm.
Growing hydro and coco starting out, I was plagued by rusty and yellow leaves.
( These days) The more live soil I use the less products I add.
I know you are a busy guy.?
Hopefully I have distracted you for long enough to enjoy a little break.
?
Enjoy your day.
