This gal wasn’t effected at all by the insane heat spike. I did however transplant them like a dumb ass at 40 days. I didn’t want the plant to keep drying out so severely every day and I didn’t/don’t have the time to multi water my plants. So hopefully it won’t damage the quality too bad. Idc about the yield as long as it smokes good.

This is the first plant I ever grew that had such dense almost round rock like nugs instead of egg or spear shaped buds. And when I say rock like I mean hard as fuck! Not very frosty at all. So i don’t think it’s close to done at all.

This plant (Frosty Pheno) looks completely different then #4. If they weren’t in the same pack and the leaves didn’t have the same super skinny long Dracula finger leaves I’d think they were different strains.
They both feed the same. I give all my other plants House &Garden Cocos A+B @ 1/2 strength but these are always a little hungry still. I don’t like to mix up extra and they seem to be doing fairly well so I’m just gonna keep rocking out.

As you can see these look completely different then #3. This Pheno has the more generic structure I’m used to seeing in all my previous grows. Also this one clearly has a copious amount of trichomes and a heavenly banana aroma FD4CAB81-E54B-4BFE-8C8F-652E824BEA97.jpeg
Above: all of the buds have started to swell up a little, the buds seem a bit frostier every day.
Below: pic of a lower bud, even they are getting a nice coating of trichomes and have good structure, they aren’t larfy and seem to be around the same Ripeness as the main community

This gal has pulled through completely I effected what so ever by the heat stroke ? in the tent the other day. She is at day 55 today and I’m pretty sure she’s done.. the pack says 55-65 days and I figured I’d run them a min of 65 cause that seems to be the min sweet spot for me to get the flower I like. Well these are 80/10/10 milky, clear, amber I’m just gonna let her go to 60 days of flower and then giver her the chop. On the home stretch. No more microbes and no more nutrients. Just water at 5.9ph

BP,
I noticed the training method you are using, (which I had never seen before), and had to do a little research to even know what those cool little gizmos were called.
I'm going with 90-degree LST clip, does that sound about right?
Anyway, you are the first person that I have seen using them, and I was curious on how you like them.
I started out tying the branches down, and then switched over to hanging weights from the branches, (and that seems to be working well).
I am interested in the clips that you are using, have you been using them long, and would you recommend them.
Thanks for your time Sir,
Cheers,
WillieP

Those clips are freaking awesome! They saved some of my top colas on my last run when I ran out of head space. I believe it was Gentlemancorpse that graciously gifted me some? I could share a handfull if youre in the states.

Thanks Red, what a gracious offer! You are an all around good guy!
I am state side, according to Mapquest, I'm 491 miles from Detroit (mostly West and a little South)
I have found those clips for purchase, even made in the USA, so I do truly appreciate the offer, but I'll just order some.
I really just wanted a review of them, and by-God if they are good enough for you, they are dad-gum good enough for me.
Thanks for the stamp of approval.
Cheers,
WillieP

Before you order any I highly recommend the ones I have I get mine from Amazon but I have let them in my plants to where they grew into the stems and didn’t break so the ones I use are very very sturdy. I have tried quite a few brands out. Here is the company image.jpg

And to add to what @HydroRed said they are by far the best invention for growing I have seen in awhile. They work so well for opening up your canopy or angling branches. I use mine at all different angles which help me get light to every bud site. I’ve tried weights like you said and I’ve cropped and super cropped branches to even up canopies. But these clips are the best of the best man. I bought a pack a year ago and after using them I grabbed 3 more so I had enough for all my plants

I got some foxtailing on a few of the buds but she is finishing up nicely at day 63. Gonna give her another week. I’m super impressed with these banana terps. This is the first of Briscos banana project strains I’ve run and luckily I have a bunch more of them. So I’ll be dropping some Double Banana Dub, Big Black Bananas, Starberry Banana very soon. I’m thinking they would make a lovely into to spring smoke.

I must have made more than a dozen crosses w/ Honest's BP. Didn't have anything less than a stellar plant from anything in that pack, and I'll always see the failures to reverse and continue that original line as my biggest disappointment in seed making. I still can hardly believe he let it go.

GSD F6 #4 (tester)
(GG4 x Sunshine Daydream)

taken to F6 by Copa Genetics
Bred by: Bodhi Seeds
Day 20 (12/12)
This Pheno of the F6 of Bodhi’s GSD is bringing the fucking heat!!! At only 16 days she had frost and button sized buds and at 20 she’s got the lowers all covered with a nice thin layer. The stem rub is like smelling Lemon-Lime kool aid powder with a hint of cleaner. The other 2x phenos (not pictured) have nice sized buds and great structure, similar to this one very bushy with medium nodal spacing. But this #4 i have a serious feeling about she has been vigorous since sprout, taking to training like a champ, early trich production, strong terpene potential. And not a single deficiency or stunting. This one may end up getting a reveg if it keeps this up.

This Pheno surprised the shit out of me! When it was growing I didn’t really see much trichome development then around week 4 she just kept packing it on. The aroma/stem rub is out of this world ultra Dank bananas that were left out to rot and then a skunk sprayed them. I love this profile! The plant structure was also a win, she branches out lovely after topping 1x however the buds do get super heavy and the branches need support because the buds get heavy. Also seems to be a bit of foxtailing. But I can look past that with all the other positives of this grow. Excellent job on this cross @Amos Otis

Pheno 2 was a bit of a mind blower, first off it looks absolutely nothing like any plant I have grown so far, and the buds are these massive rock hard and I mean fucking rock hard bouldering Nuggets just engulfed in hairs. Not to mention until week 7 of flower there wasn’t a single trichome visible on this entire plant. Quite a few times I was debating on scraping this one because of the lack of trichomes and how very very little it smelled. But for some reason I could never do it so here she is at day 69 ready for chop. Trichomes blew up and covered the buds out of nowhere and the sheer weight of these things had me glad I didn’t chop it down sooner. The aroma I’m getting though is very light almost non existent except for the green banana and little hint of earthy greens. She made it to harvest and is drying so the smoke test will be the true deciding factor.
