Blooze Domino

In Bloom
Hello from Paul Domina AKA Blooze Domino in Montana. I started my journey into growing in June of 2022 by germinating some bag seeds just for kicks. I started to revisit cannabis after years away due to bad stigma and work place random drug testing. After years of alcohol abuse leading up to fatty liver, diabetes, and a variety of other health conditions, I needed to find a replacement for alcohol. I witnessed this change first hand in my son. Through the will to change, support from family and the beautiful power of cannabis, the grips of alcohol are gone! I have lost 100+ lbs. am off all medication, have diabetes under control and have a normal healthy liver.

I grow in a garage. I have a make shift lung room with a 4x4 for flower and a 3x3 for veg. (Quickly running out of room and need to expand soon) I grow mostly organically in a mixture of 2 parts Pro Mix HP or BX, 1 part Fox Farms Ocean Forest, 1 part #3 Pearlite and amend with 3/4 cup per plant, diatomaceous earth, Build A Soil Craft blend and Top dress. I direct sow into Promix then up pot typically two times into a 12x12 square pot. I use FOOP nutes and add a bit of House and Garden Roots Exelurator Gold during seedling and veg and Shooting powder a couple of times in mid to late flower.

I was recently turned on to 3Thirteen Seeds just by browsing the DC Seeds catalog. I was impressed with the crosses as I was searching for something with blueberry. Blooze Traveler and Snax is what I chose. Wow! After a couple of years of running clones and other genetics, I was blown away by these large framed vigorous growing beastly goddesses! I am a total fan and spread the word as often as I can. I can’t wait to grow everything Hydro Red puts out for us craft grown fire cannabis connoisseurs! Here is a photo of Blooze Traveler and Snax! Thanks for the add!

Welcome @Blooze Domino I have almost exactly the same story of having my son talk me into quitting alcohol completely last April and replacing it with cannabis. I have also seen the health benefits and started growing not quite a year ago...
That is awesome to hear. I’ll tell you, cultivation is some serious therapy. Watching these plants grow and develop is mesmerizing. I think I get as much if not more joy from growing than consuming.

Welcome to Phenohunter! @Blooze Domino
Gorgeous flowers. When you like, start up a journal for us to follow along. Red has some awesome work. Check out the wondermelon. That's a pretty one too. Hope to see ya around.

Thank you for the welcome. I’m running a Seedsman run currently and have a local grow off coming up. I have just popped a Citrus Milf and a Primal Driver that will get into the rotation. Then I plan on doing an all 3Thirteen run late spring.

Here is a shot of the flower tent and veg tent. Back left going clockwise in flower, LMP Lemon Meringue Pie at day 40 of 12/12 (reveg clone run #10 from bag seed that started it all) Seedsman Blue Dream Fast at day 37, Limoncello Haze and Peyote Gorilla at day 28. Veg tent has a couple LMP clones, a Seedsman Black Sugar and Peyote Gorilla and the Citrus MILF Primal Driver. Happy growing!

Warmest welcomes @Blooze Domino
You quit drinking, dropped 100 lbs, shook off all the meds, regained your liver and diabetes health, and started growing cannabis again.....thats a success story if I ever heard one dude. Congrats on that as any one of those alone are not easy goals! Im glad you found your way here, youre definitely in good company here. I'm gonna send you a private message to touch on a few other things mentioned in the thread.

Awesome success story and those plants look as happy as it gets. I know quite a few people that replaced alcohol abuse with cannabis and now live happy and healthy lives. I'm glad you made it to the other side. Growing cannabis, veggies, fruits and trees are what keep my soul happy. Amazing to watch any seed complete it's life. So humbling and fulfilling. Welcome aboard my friend 👊
