Come As You Are
I saw this thread a bit ago but then lost it, thanks for bringing it back to the top @Skunky Dunk Farms

My first foray into Pineapple Upside-down Cake.

A friend asked me to bake a gluten-free version for his wife back in August. It turned out pretty delicious and spurred me to try again a few times with regular flour.
I've tried three times since the first one but none comes close so I'm going to requisition the necessary gluteb-free ingredients as well as trying cake flourin subsequent tries.
I've never had P-U-C before... always likened it to fruit cakes which I don't usually enjoy but I think I'm a fan now.
p.s. I love pineapple. I like all most fruit but pineapple and banana are the ones I consume most.

#1 gluten-free

#2 attempt. We were doing other crap and the timer got missed by about 12 minutes. It was dry but not inedible.

#3 was a bit better with the correct bake time but still not that rich cheesecake-y/flan texture I got with the gluten-free

#4 by this point, I'm just doing whatever, same recipe but with the Bundt pan because all the cake pans around this place have disappeared[I used my buddies pan for the first 3]

#3 and 4 we're both good but I won't win any awards. I'll probably try a different recipe also, sometime in the future. I used this one because of sour cream.
