Breezy's Blowin in the Wind Grow

Debated for a while before starting this but decided it would be a good way to "grow" into my lane in this amazing culture. I'm currently running multiple strains in various mediums and using various fertilizing methods and w bore you all with photos and updates of everything i have going on. However, this journal will start with its primary focus on 2 strains specifically.
Day 5:
First is Cherry Chem, this was a donation from @GCG through the Pay it Forward thread. The second is a GMO x Black Banana Cookies cross that I'm extremely excited about. All seedlings were started 8/26-8/28 by soaking in water and peroxide for 24hr. &moved into damp paper towels and placed in Ziploc bags. Once taproots sprouted they were moved into party cups in a mix BioBiz Light Miz/20% CoCo Loco/20% perlite. All seedlings broke ground by 09/02/2020While in the cups, seedlings will remain in a germination dome with an 18/6 light cycle under a florescent 2ft 17w t5 about 7 inches away and a 45w feit led 3 spectrum light with the switch on. At about week 3 they will all go into a "pre" veg-tent area set up under a 600w led at about 1/2 strength and about 2.5 ft away wut the Dane 19/6 light cycle. I will increase the strength slightly each day until it's at full power. Once i have the light at full power they will all be transplanted into their next home. I will run them both in their own Earthbox Jr. and will have a little compost and grokashi added on top. Barring any catastrophe they will both receive only water and EM1 throughout their cycle. Cherry Chem will be in the above mix amended with Nature's Living Soil which,if works as advertised, will make it "water only." The GMO x Black Banana Cookies will be transplanted into a bed of Coast of Maine Stottington Mix, which is also advertised as "water only" for the entire cycle. Both products say you can use "recharge" products occasionally, but i will be adding EM1 to the water and compost and grokashi every couple of weeks,so i should not need to. Everything else will be in the above mix amended with Dr Earth dry amendments or the Coast of Maine. Why so many different methods? If you tell me then we will both know. It's honestly because I'm new to this and like to try different methods, compare the results, and them pick which i like the best...orthodox???probably not,but it's the way i am....comments,questions, and concerns are welcome! ✌?✌?✌? 20200907_230119.jpg 20200907_230056.jpg 20200907_230004.jpg 20200907_230217.jpg 20200907_230222.jpg 20200907_230227.jpg 20200907_230230.jpg 20200907_230239.jpg

Day 7 Wed. 09/09/2020
Steady as she goes! Everything is progressing as well as can be expected. Little issue with BZ, came home and noticed she had leaned over, i suppose the lighting was too much. I cut the white light on the 3 spectrum off to remedy and re-positioned the BZ seedling. I also filled the cups of all seedlings in with soil mix. Other than that, all is well. I'll post pics later.

Day 9 Friday 09/11/2020 4:20 am.
not much going on in the germination station today. I misted everyone's soil in the morning and again in the evening. Took the dome off for a few and let them get some fresh air. Most of my time today was spent with my first run and blocking its line of sight from the neighbors(there's a few that have shot up over 8 ft tall). I also topped my two autos(Binary Selection's Nurple). They're at day 31.Pics below...✌?❤&?

Day 12 - Monday 09/14/2020 6pm
Missed a day,had company come over and had to entertain. Then had a situation arise with one of my children that took most of my day. Everything is going well! Sprouts are developing well!. Cherry Chem has a leaf that is growing at an funny angle, but nothing I'm worried about right now. Black Zafiro is trucking along! The roommates are looking good as well. I think Punch Cookies 2 is my favorite right now. Switched the 2Nurple ladies in the 2x4 over to 12/12 for the rest of their cycle their on day 34 and seem to finish in 60-65. One took some damage to a lead and bud site a couple days back when it was pressed on the under side of the fan leaf above it. Other than that They're doing great.(lights out right now pics tomorrow) The outsiders are almost done 2-3 weeks of flower left at most,a few branches probably less than that depending on how i go about cutting them down. I don't know if i should do it as each branch gets ready, harvest everything at the same time,or split the harvest into 2 cuttings. How does it usually get don around these parts? I've read a few different schools of thought on harvesting)as well a every other aspect of growing)?! pics below a usual!✌?✌?✌?

Day 13 Tuesday 09/15/2020 11pm
Low maintenance inside today! Just observed the germination area and the autos in the"fleeing" veg tent. The Double Banda Dub seedlings are getting piety big,and the Sin-n-Juice is right behind them other than the first set of started leaves dropping a little,i think they ask look pretty good. The dripping leaves are probably from my watering habits ?.The focus of the journal CC & BZ are gaining size also, but are 2nd and 3rd in comparison to the other 3 planned on the same day. Punch Cookies #2 is 1st BZ is 2nd CC is 3rd PC #1 is 4th, and Albino For Skunk OG is the runt at#5. I watered the outsiders and my Usb microscope came today,so i Erik be boring you all with trichome pics as well from here on.

Day 14 - Wednesday - 09/16/2020 (posted on 9/17 @ 100 am)
Didn't do much for em today, mister the you layer of soil. Still slowly developing. The first set of started leaves on the DBD are still drooping so i don't know what the deal is with that. However, both of then and the Sin-n-Juice are getting big and will be ready to be transferred within about 10 days with the other 5 right behind em. Still haven't decided who week go in the earthboxes and who's going into fabric pots.. I may make 1 or 2 SIP's to use as well, in addition to implementing the blumat system on a few. Decisions, decisions. I will keep you all updated and continue posting often. Pics below as usual! Punch Cookies 2 is still my favorite. You can definitely see the varying leaf structure in each of the strains. I can't wait to watch them take on their own characteristics even more as they grow. I have a feeling that the fun has just begun!✌?✌?✊??

Day 18 Sunday - 09/20/2020 - 645pm
Slow motion Sunday. Changed the 17w fluorescent 2 ft t5 for 2 45w cfl bulbs hanging the same distance above the seedlings. Everyone is looking good! Just biding time until their ready for transplanting in about a week or 2. Still haven't decided who it's going into which medium/method. ? I know at least one is going in the earthbox jr. in the Coast of Maine blend. But the other is up for debate ? pics of prices below! Starting to like the shape the CHerry Chem is taking. Pics below(bonus pics of the 2 autos).

Day 20 - Tuesday 09/22/2020 730pm
Busy week ahead, not sure that I'll get to update much,so I'll do a little in advance! The focal point of the journal,Cherry Chem and Black Zafiro are doing well and will be transplanted(along with all of the others)Thursday into their earthboxes(which will get which medium composition and fertilization method to be determined). I had originally planned on doing it closer to the 30th,but i believe that a few of them are getting uncomfortable in their current dwellings. double banana dub 1 has been drooping since Sunday and DBD#2 and Punch Cookies #2 started today. I only spray the soil till the top is wet, so i didn't think i overwatered, but didn't water for 2 days to see. All were dry on the moisture meter so i watered them lightly this morning. The 3 listed were still drooping this afternoon and received a little more water. The 3 in question are also the biggest and are filling out the cups which leads me to believe that they're ready to move on ☝. I will update on Thursday which plant goes in what and will have which nutrient regimen. Pics below! (Bonus pics of greenhouse and autos).

Day 24 - Saturday - 09/26/20 9pm
Been a lot busier than anticipated this week and haven't been able to post as often as i should be,but here's an update on the events of the week... I attempted to please DBD #2 by compensating what i thought was over watering by letting the lot dry out from Tuesday until Thursday when i planned to transplant. Thursday morning i realized that the problem was under watering not over watering:slapping:
I resolved this by watering till runoff Thursday morning. The same evening i prepared 7 gallons of soil mix with 60%bio biz light,20%coco,20%perlite,and Dr Earth dry amendments(1tbsp veg, 3/4 tbsp all purpose, & 1/4 tbsp flower girl per gallon). I then filled 6, 1gallon pots. Friday evening i setup both of my earthboxes following the Probiotic Wellness Method. then transplanted 6 of the recovered seedlings into the pots filled in Thursday, leaving the 2 that area the focal point of this journal as the last 2 in cups. The Cherry Chem & Black Zafiro are to be transplanted into the earthboxes on Sunday(giving the soil components a little time to start working. I'm not currently at home and haven't had time to get any pics, but will post some ASAP!!! Outside grow is getting closer every day... buds starting to need support to stay upright! Autos are gaining also and beginning to get little frost. Hopefully I'll be back to posting more regularly next week.
