Day.....Day.....u suppose it may be a moot point at this juncture ? still cannot seem to fix the overall issues happening with the earthboxes. I adjusted the res ph of both to the 6.4-6
7 range, amended the soil because the test showed it was severely under fertilized for them...the progression of the issues seemed to slow down but not stop completely throughout the week. Over the last few days I've set Them outside during the day and brought Them in at night. The only fling that o can think may be the cause of the issue is the dolomite lime that each has mixed in the bottom 1/4 of the soil. If this is the case,the onlyremedies can think of are to either flush them(not sure if that's recommended with the EB) and hope for the best, carry on as i have been (filling the res qoth water and wm1 as needed and topddressing with compost and grokshi every 7-10 days) and hope for the best, or simply start the 2 plants over in the summer. I also have the other plants that i started at the same time that are still in 1 gallons to care for right now as well, so I'm not completely lost if they did not pull through,still disappointed in myself tho. It isn't all bad, the chaos of obtaining multiple meters and means of testing ph led me to recieving a recommendation for and then the purchase of a bluelab soil ph pen that will measure the solution as well
I chopped down both Nurple ladies 2 says ago on day 71 from breaking ground!!! They're drying now in the bartering where all of my outsiders were drying last week. All of the outsiders are done hang drying and are at different points. I have some curing in jars/containers with boost packets and others still sweating in paper bags... The mephisto gold glue and bashkorastan russian superauto are both doing well and are on week 3-3.5. I. believe the Russian super auto is a male,so i may get to experiment with open pollinating between those two.or catching pollen at the least...any tutorials on catching pollen??? I'll look it up ? gotta stop being lazy...
