A friend of mine works for High Grade Labs and sent me this. Good information to have! I had no idea Fox Farm was so high in arsenic. Same with the others. Gonna stick to my fish poop. ?

Ok, yeah I just checked that out. I've been running canna a and b last couple years but might go back to pure blend.

Edit, nevermind. Pbp is 3x as high as flora grow and bloom! So canna is probably right there with flora

That would require another large infusion of artificial money, but why the hell not? It also assumes that there are competent folks left to hire. Based on the current jobholders, me thinks there's no downside in replacing dumb with dumber.

Yeah the next 10 years is gonna be interesting. Folks don't want to work for shit. Finding employees that can actually do shit is getting harder and harder.

Thats everywhere bro! I'm 40 and seems like 1/10 folks 35 or younger do shit. Just stand around and act like you're talking a foreign language when you try to show them how to do anything.

My work requires being able to run machines, mowers, tractors, hand tools, repair irrigation or minor plumbing etc or minor mechanical repair/maintenance and its like trying to teach calculus or some shit. But these little fucks can Pubg or snap chat all day, lol.

Im hoping it gets better. I've done a lot of hiring the last 5 years, and the group that's like 24-28ish right now was awful to hire from. Obviously there were exceptions but the vast majority were exactly as you described....also they complained A LOT... but the next group, that are 18-23ish right now, have been great for me... even the ones who aren't the best workers in terms of actual aptitude have at least had great attitudes, and I'm at the point where I'll pay well for a good attitude. If you can smile and joke around while digging holes in 38 degree snrain (that's when it's simultaneously snowing, and raining) I like you. I've had more dudes quit on days like that than all others combined. This new group is just happy to have a job that actually pays a living wage. They keep thanking me. It's weird.

But maybe I've just been fortunate lately and we're all screwed. I'm not Nostradamus or anything.

The average age right now of a WORKING electrician...is 55 yrs old....I'm right in there...these young ones don't want to work but still get paid!
I am forced to hire Spanish guys, whether they speak English or not as they are the only ones that will come to work everyday....not have their grandmother die 3 or 4 times a month...or call and say they can't come to work because their sister broke up with them...it is an absolute shit show out there!
Good thing I am fluent Spanish and speak conversationally retarded Portuguese...so we are still in business.
It is bad...soon, I do not know what will happen in the trades.
Everyone thinks they are above that...lol...it provided me a good life and home...I laugh at the people I work for that think they are all that in their northern Virginia homes etc...I just keep charging them more and more and come home to my 26 acres, horses cows goats chickens cats dogs...oh yes and my boats n horse trailers they bought me.
