I respect you guys living in that climate . That’s no joke . @Amarok was camping and fishing on the ice . I seriously don’t know how you do it . I guess I’m just a product of my environment like we all are . I probably take our climate for granted and whinge when I have to push defrost to get dew off my car windscreen in the morning . To be honest I hate extreme heat . Anything above 28C is basically burn skin in 10 minutes range .

Just for shits'n'giggles, since Billy wants visitors, I figured I'd check some distances.

It's about 3000km from here to the middle of Michigan.

For Ramjet it's about 14 608 kilometers or 7,888 nautical miles(that's for you, RJ).

Shit, even Spyralout is damn near 4000km.

Guess you're stuck with all them easterners, @Psychobilly. ;)

It would only be 31 hours of non stop driving from here. Or 23 days of decently paced walking..
