@Psychobilly it really can. I run several tents, and have had my grows down to a science for many years, alas in January 22 I was forced to move from our home of 16 years that I never intended to leave. Finding a good place was hard enough , and I settled for something smaller which forced me to downsize a bit, I’m still tweaking things here and there and still haven’t gotten a seedling/clone area established so I’m making die with the other 3 tents atm. Hoping to throw up another 4x8 and smaller seedling/clone this year at least if all goes well. It’s been a nightmare trying to get back to where I was tbh, but I’ll get there eventually. Just feels like a piece of me is missing until I get back to normal I suppose I’ll feel incomplete lol
I'm right there with ya downsizing really fucked with my head...Now once I upgrade space again I'll probably have a hard time not packing them in

I always enjoy learning this kind of stuff.

"My name is Vant Hayes and I'm the only Black one left out here."

Hayes, who says he's 88-years old or "somewhere around there," represents the end of an era in the village of Breton, Alta. 110 kilometres southwest of Edmonton.
His grandparents William and Mollie Hayes and their children moved to the area from Oklahoma in the early 1900s as part of the Great Migration of Black settlers from the United States, lured by the promise of free land and a better life.

Just so you know, pretty much everyone east of Quebec says poo-teen, accent on the second syllable.

French pronunciation gets more mangled/ignored the further west you go. "Rene" becomes "Renny", merci beaucoup becomes mercy buckets, etc.
Same here honestly. So about these Cheese Curds .... lol

Didn't really have a better place, so this is good enough.
I recently found the channel of these two Indian people from Britain and they are just the cutest thing.
Here they are listening to Canadian Russel Peters for the first time.

Here's another one I enjoyed:

Probly the closest I have ever been to a fox was today.
Couple a few years ago, we happened to park our camper where we could see a fox den.
I empressed upon my daughters, how lucky we were to be able to spend hours watching them. As many times as I have seen them in my life, it is always fleeting glimpses, like passing by in a car or watching them disappear behind a hay bale or into a draw.
The only place to find a Swift Fox in Canada, is just down the road from here. I really need to make some time to get out there.

Anywho, this red fella,,,
Seemed immediately apparent to me that there was something in that tree. 20230327_003908.jpg

I am no Fox Whisperer , even so, that is not the first time I have seen somebody lick their chops.

Difficult to venture a guess. There are no squirrels in this town. I don't know if a bird would really get his attention. Too high up for gophers or your average cottontail.
Maybe a porcupine, I have seen those Daft bastards pretty high up.
No higher than Jewels , mind you. Really dig this Watermelon Icecream.
As is such,
I went back on Google street view, and I realized it was not an Elm or Cottonwood. I think this is an Ash tree.

We have them all around our area . They come out mainly at night and much like raccoons they sweep our bins and yards for opportunity .
I feel a little sorry for them because they cop such a bad wrap .
Poor buggers are just trying to survive . They are so shy and timid .

They are cool little guys. I've only seen a few, but one time was memorable. I was working night shift up north and one night I was walking along a road and a co-worker called from behind to look around. A red fox was walking behind me, almost heeling; I could have almost touched him. Nothing threatening, they are just used to being left alone up there so are very chill. We carried on for a ways before he went down into a ditch to carry on with his business.

The size of that red surprised me. Pretty much the size of a coyote. Thicker fur, and I didn't realize the Tails were as long as the body.

Swifty's

As you can see, our territories overlap. ???
