I have yet to drive a newer Challenger. I have drove a Mustang and if I were blindfolded, the handling and power delivery were nearly identical to my white Camaro. When the blue Camaro is paid off, I’d like to get a 392 Charger.....damn girlfriend has kids so I need the four doors ?
Love that Challenger in white, @HydroRed ! ??

MOPAR - Musty Old Parts And Rust
GMC - Got Mechanic Coming

and here's the most creative one:

Dodge- don’t over drive a gutless engine

Again, not conventional, still turns my crank.
Ford irrigation “pumping unit “
There is green prairie and dry-land. Dry land does not have access to irrigation.
With water, and a bigblock V8 , One can water acres of crop. These things run 24/7 all summer. Back in the day, a farmers chores would include delivering a 55 gallon barrel of fuel to these, every 22-23 hours.
In the 70’s, my Pops became a legen’ round these parts for figuring out how to get them to run 26-27 hours on one barrel. They are all converted to natural gas now. The old boys still line these things up at my Dads shop. Rockets, side oilers, hemi’s,,,hell I have seen Danes runnin Lambardini’s.
I remember swatting mosquitoes off my Dads back , so he could work on these. Re-wiring burnt up alternators, stripping an lashing, faster than I can tie a shoe.
This one is a Ford, but not a 390.

Natural gas Regulator, also looks like a accumulator pot behind that. These things are often cooled with the pond water they are drawing from.

I can see this has been repainted with a brush. They are always burning up. I see new wiring, alternator, Murphy’s, and the old belts on-board ( spares ).
Check out the handy tap on the fuel supply.

That is classy. Just say goodbye to your skin , before you stick your hand in there.

Not my dads work, but, check out the homemade manifolds. The exhaust is not for noise control, it just points the fire ‘up’.

Been doing some research on the 3.5 ecoboost if ima be stuck with it a bit....kinda surprised. Was going to tune with my sct x4 but most tunes are octane specific :( and 93 octane isnt everywhere.
Went to gearhead and found they have alternating octane tunes!!!! 1 tune for gas is the same as 3 for diesel...? Screenshot_20200815-115705_Chrome.jpg

Then I found my teenage dream car....1995 Impala SS! Although, smoking a fat one while blasting 90’s rap while cruisin isn’t as cool now as I thought it would be when I was a teenager! Lol. Still love this car....I call it my ‘motorized living room’ because she just floats!

Still pulling glass out of my head from wrapping my 94 around a telephone pole when I was 19. I still love these cars, but hearing you say it's not the same, makes the memories less painful!

Great thread and you guys got some beauties!!
