They just got first food tonight, but the gb in front has a pretty fat set of leaves.
What's up SS! I have a few of them GorillaBlues in flower now. I also just finished shucking some of the same seeds from their mother and the BlueRipper male I used has dominance in the aroma department. I can't find any of the mothers citric acid as of yet. Half phenotypes do have the mothers growth here in early flower. We'll see what's what here shortly.

Makes me skeptical about the vial I pulled from for you. I have a couple of flowers I can hit here in a few days. I'll go straight from the vial into a bag and see what's up. I am thinking of doing a little collection on the GorillaBlues male if you want to try that one?
Keep me posted on how the Blue Ripper pollination runs for you, if you would please. I was pretty excited about the Blue Ripper pollen.

What is the parentage on the GorillaBlues? I am looking for it in my notes on the seeds that you sent, but I don't think that I received any of those. I would most likely be down to hit some ladies with some GorillaBlues pollen. As always, I can't promise anything until it actually comes to fruition. I need to get off my fucking ass and flower out some of my keeper studs again. I am always being pulled in so many different directions and self-diagnosed ADHD and caring for 30+ cultivars at all different stages of growth definitely doesn't help at all haha. But I should be able to squeeze some of the GorillaBlues pollen in there somewhere as well or here and there as the rest chills in the freezer.

As long as all goes according to plan, I am hopefully going to have a fat sack of seeds that we collaborated on to send you in a few months. The Chem Kesey x GG75 and Twinkle Tarts x GG75 already have me wanting to start a grip of them and they are obviously nowhere near done haha. Positive vibes...
That sounds ? sorry if I missed it Stank, but what's the DLA11?
DLA11 is a cultivar from Bodhi (Vintage Pakistani x '88 G-13/HP). I have narrowed down my selection for what cut I am keeping to 2 females. The one that I pollinated with pollen from @Buck5050 leans a little more to the fruity/floral side of things, while the cut that I will most likely keep is pinene as fuck (most of the DLA11 females that I have run have been pretty pinene latent). Positive vibes...

The GorillaBlues uses the mother that made the GG75 a selection from some GG4s1 and the same male BlueRipper that you have the questionable pollen from. Kind of a more direct hybrid from both lines. The only caveat being that the BlueRipper male wasn't a selection and was my only choice from dwindling seed stock.

Seeing the BlueRipper male genetics layout against the GG4s1 that I have run a few times and how that particular GG4s1 genetics laid out during GG75 selection, I am intrigued by what he is offering as well. IMO These high-nasal cleansing smells must stem from the "Jacks Cleaner" line TGA had going. That dominant genetic Subby and crew used to make that hybrid have made it down into my GorillaBlues (gg4s1 x BlueRipper). Which makes for a nice unique flavor direction away from the current standards and a nice little tidbit when using this males line. Hopefully, I can sort out some more viable pollen from him before too long. With that said, I think his genetic donations into the F2s will provide a great opportunity in finding a work-horse male, something that represents the line and wouldn't disappoint.

Wondering if I should go ahead and do some selective branch attempts before my boy starts sploogin? Would be a reasonable test of that batch?

If you feel you can get some clear conclusive results without messing with what you got going on, I would appreciate it. The vial I sent you was the original and first collection attempt. I used the pollen from that vial to branch bread the GorillaBlues seeds I am flowering now. So, I expect it to be solid for you, but my wheels of insecurities are turning pretty good.

It might be the better plan anyway. Allowing me to move a through without having to do another seed run. Wont be able to totally segregate the seeds but if I just hit some of the budsites on each branch I can probably get a pretty good mix that way. The boy just went in the tent and there really arent that many budsites on the girls yet, they are bigger than I was anticipating so there is plenty of real estate to work with.

I would LOVE to run some of those for real GG crosses get me up in the morning lol
I'll hit you up in a few minutes.... trying to get my fantasy team sorted....

I am a huge fan of glue myself and that what got me motivated to preform the Backcrossing project. The goal really is to capture most of the things we all like about glue and put it in seed form. It is my first attempt at building a male the way I see fit. I am stopping the GG line until I can get my hands on a certified original cut. From there I'll male hunt the GG88 and hit the cut to see if we can get some stable progeny.

I just finished cracking open the vial I have of the BlueRipper pollen and I have to say it does look questionable on my end. I did place a baggie and will verify if it's all garbage here in a few days. By the way, it looked, most dropped with gravity like it had some moisture stored in the granules and a little did go airborne. I'm not sure if it's from storage or the possibilities of me cutting the tops a bit earlier and the pollen didn't get enough of a natural dry from maturity. ?‍♂️ I'll check my storage here in a couple of weeks when I pop open some of my oldest stored pollen to hit some girls.

Full house. Mostly GorillaBlues with a couple of CandyMan cuts thrown in for color.

Most of these girls stacking in. Definitely tighter nodes than momma. I couldn't help myself and did a stem rub on all the GB girls and I would have to say that we have flavors coming in. Little sweet and a little sour and a nice caustic undertone to the majority. More to come as they develope.
