Precisely. The idea that I HAVE to stay home because you are afraid is insane. I dont fault ANYONE for being worried right now. I have a close friend that is a bit older, and he has some legitimate concerns. Drowning in your own lungs sounds terrifying, and a very real consequence IMO... However, you have the freedom, and the right to stay your ass right at home.... While I get back to work... It seems like the only ones pushing this narrative, are the people comfortable on gov assistance, or have enough of a nest egg to get them through the year... Not me man, I work for a living.
Im of the same thought. In my area, there were groups of people (like 60+) gathering at gas stations passing the bottle and the blunts treating the gathering like a car show at 10pm (and FB live while they are there requesting more folks show up). If they wanna share everything including the virus, and bring it home to their families...more power to them. Its a choice. If I choose to drive right past that particular gas station....more power to me.

I keep my views about the lethality of the virus, and what I believe to be an inflated death count to myself mostly, but we have somehow skipped over all of the debate and science here and someone went up the mountain and then came back down with rules written in stone on our "new normal". Completely rational people have been driven to the brink of hysteria over mundane everyday tasks.. Where did all the common sense go? I will also say that I have the ability to never leave my house again. I can run my business from home, and get by just fine, but it is not lost on me that most of us very simply cannot...

We are definitely staying at home. Have only left the prop 3 times in 2.5 months. You guys go for it...... my wife has heart issues and we can't (refuse) play stupid with the rest of the class... it could easily kill her......and then I'd be out huntin' Clowns without masks on.
Just as you feel that staying home to keep me safe is insane...the idea that I have to care about your hourly wage job enough to endanger myself/my family...is also insane. I don't. Not one bit.....especially if you think this is all a joke. It's life and death here...or could be. I've already lost a son....so I take this far more seriously than those who have not walked such a weighted path. I can't take anymore death in my world.....
Yer free to go out and do what you want...regardless of your impact on others. Many of us..aren't. It's too dangerous. the more you go out...the longer we can't. Yeah...there's yer "Freedom".
We are just fortunate (OK..we worked our asses off for 40 years to be able to do so) to not HAVE TO go out.
i'm just glad it isn't a War.....like WW2...where they told everyone to stay inside/turn off your lights.... cus most of the idiots today...just wouldn't. They is too important to abide... ain't nobody gonna tell ME what to do.... nope.
