Marketing/Advertising. I had this convo with my gf this morning about the fast sell outs and the ridiculous amount of drops from some breeders...ie Tikiman. I told her, if I was a shitty person, I would throw a bunch of males in with females to make a shitload of seeds. Hype up the best looking buds for a month or two, put it in a pretty package and cash in. I caught myself getting somewhat wrapped up in some hype/pretty label shit. Hopefully, some of the stuff I “wasted” money on, I can throw up on an auction site in a few months and ride the hype train to the bank!
@Meatman ive been pouting all day! Haha. The only saving grace, is I scored a Thug Pug Collab #7 for $160. Just saw it listed somewhere else for $325! I think I may want to grow these ones though. It’s Van Helsing x Lurch. Sounds interesting.

I can only attest to what I experience. As far as breeder hype goes, it certainly exists. How, or why, is irrelevant to me.

The last imagine of the initial female Coville Blueberry specimen.
She got the axe today, in order to free up that particular zone, for further research.
I have several pieces of this initial mother to carry forward with, as she has exceeded expectations at every juncture.
In addition, using the 2 males from the original 3 plants, I managed to produce a substantial supply of F2 progeny.
Many moons of selection lie ahead.
Cosmic Wisdom Coville Blueberry has taken permanent residence in my areas.
