Danks quest for dankness

Good morning people's. I wanted to talk about my bloom setup for a minute. The room I'm in has low ceiling, 73". So I'm forced to use a 4'x8x71" cube style tent from viviosun. It's the closest to my full height.
My lights are 2 hlg 320 watt R spec diy's. 3 qb boards on each fixture, 6 total in the 4'x8' isn't much.
But we do what we can in order to get the best bang for the buck.
Here's the tent, lights run down center like a rail. The pic with the lights is a old pic from last year. So a total of 640 watts in a 4'x8' is very economical

This brings up an interesting and complex conversation, to say the least. The cool thing about the choice is that it's where the breeder applies his or her signature. Choosing the direction based off of something personal and watching it develop is a very cool approach IMO.
Totally agree with you! For me I will be running the clones for round 2. Well most of them. As they cure and I get to smoke some I'll make the final decision.
But first they have to check the boxes. Like structure, density, frost, flavor, finish time and first and foremost stability.
I'm really trying to get a solid keeper or two. Weather I further breeding from F1's is unknown.
I have couple other projects planned for winter / spring

2 out of the 3 seedlings are up.
The Rock lock made it to the surface and petered out. Old seeds

The headband x wedding cake is kinda funky looking. But it's going to be okay I think

The triangle kush x Star pupil looks good

Hopefully everyone is having a great weekend

Hi everyone :D

The garden is doing well. No more nanners found in the quarantine tent. All's good today. I wanted to show few different pheno's. The more hairy ones are 24k gold leaning. The smaller more frosty one's are Chernobyl leaning. Sorry if it's a picture overload.

Hopefully everyone is having a great day
Astonishing how similar the Chernobyl leaners look to your original run with the strain. Structure, color, frost coverage, and size. Out of the whole batch, how many plants would you say are leaning one way over the other?

More Chernobyl leaning for sure. That's a good question. Just 3 - 24k learner's, I think. I never really thought about that.
I wonder if it's common for strains to be more like the father

To me, it speaks to how dominant genetics lay in to one another. I have a similar pHenohunt :phenohunt: going on with a creation of my own, using genetics I am a bit familiar with. I am starting to unpack a few things with relation to what came from where and how that would relate to how I would use it in the future. Some genetics are so dominant that they will always do what they do.

Hopefully after some experience I'll understand how breeding actually works. I'm super excited for the projects tho. After years of just growing it gets kinda like just going through the paces. If you know what I mean.
