Decarbing oil

Ya idk, but oil straight into the bottom was a fail lol. That was some time back too, didn't know as much about the process. I'll def post my results with this machine, hopefully soon.

I remembered something like mason jars half full, lid on .. in the pot..fill half of pot with water or something..on high for 40 min...but I am interested in hitting the right temp for the right amount of time, high is what temp? not over 230 i hope ....we dont want to get to those seconds ...hehe ... I am sure its different, on different machines

I bought the agg infuser with decarb function. Had it for a few weeks and haven't even gotten around to trying it lol. I tried oil in an instant pot once, work good for buds?

Id like to know more about this for buds also recently acquired an instant pot, and recall someone decarbing in jars?

Yeah I put the buds in small Mason jar then into the instant pot for 40 min. Then add the coco oil or butter and throw it in for another 40.

Or throw bud and butter/oil in same jar same time and bam, 40 min total for infused butter/oil.

Supposedly Instant pot only goes to like 220-240 or something like that.

I almost said something about water bath style but wasn't sure lol...... We'll see, I have my own reservations about the machine but I pulled the trigger anyway. I can always get it down to a science and run it on a timer to control it if I have to.

Nice that really seems easy enough dude. Idk but that kind simplicity is what led me to buy the machine lol. Hoping for a load, push the button, done.
