Just read the past 2 pages of updates, what a turn around. Glad you got it dialed @horribleherk . I myself have been wondering if or when my plants will start suffering, so far my lows are in the high 50s. I decided to do an auto run during the coldest temps of my season, hoping the ruderalis tolerates the lower temps a little more.
You're on the right train of thought the cold tolerance varies by strain I've had others that these temps wouldn't phase I failed to take measures until this got out of control lesson well learned lol
This is gonna be epic ?
Got BlackBerry sugarcane soaking as we speak I put a few things in to soak mainly to get males for the trainwreck clones

Finally getting greener this is unusual using megacrop as it has a good amount of nitrogen & cal mag in it this is only the second time ever I've had to add cal mag greases Pieces was the other time I had to add it meanwhile were getting close to flipping her View attachment 49387 View attachment 49388
Some of the lvtk offspring can be temperamental so hopefully she starts behaving a little better. Fingers crossed

She definitely has not been happy so I drained the reservoir & flushed her with water & took her back to 4gr. Megacrop per gal. & no calmag ph. 6.0 this is my basic go to mix for veg everything seems to like it & I'm wanting to address this before I flip I don't want this to carry over into the flowering phase it has to be dealt with now 20210125_150703.jpg 20210125_150734.jpg

Hard to tell exactly what's happening without being physically present and being fully aware of environment and watering/feeding practices. With that said...Any plans on cleaning up the lowers/insides?? Foliage may be getting too immense to support for the amount of root space you have here... Plus anything below the screen won't amount to much, if anything, worthwhile.

I'd at least pluck all the yellow fans and let the plant focus on healthy new green growth instead of trying to nurse necrotic sinks back to health...which is kinda like a dog chasing it's own tail in a sense. Just my opinion/suggestion. I'd strip and chop the leaves and toss on top as mulch. It'll ease the stress above the soil line, and help with transpiration, while the chopped foliage will add Organic matter and food for the soil life, and thus nutrients for the plant to uptake. Just trying to help bud ?

Clean everything. Id really hate to see u struggling w that and there's no way u can get rid of em w out starting fresh. Jmho I am so sorry this happened. And I would seriously start maintenance on other tent .take a really good look They are brutal
It's already in the other tent the cost of knowledge comes high that being said I'm gonna save this plant & my whole operation in the process just to see if I'm capable I'm convinced the old tried & true bonide sulphur is my best option

There are many variables that I cant see I'm sure u can do it if u think it's savable. ? Always got ur back herk.

Thanks man I have to learn to takle this I've had several rounds with spider mites but these are a whole different variety I'm thinking maybe russet mites from what I've seen & read the bonide sulfur covers a wide variety of the little varmints I really want this strain

Maybe start with a shop vac to suck up as much webbing and mites as possible then start with your chemical attack. It's gonna be a rough battle. Give em that dirt nap. We're rooting for ya Herk!
The assault begins the local hydro shop out of bonide sulfur so I ordered some online but in the meantime using this to get started b switching up in the future I hoping to prevent the mites from building up an immunity to what I'm hitting them with 20210201_103623.jpg 20210201_103756.jpg

Neem oil is a good ipm addition. Perfectly safe for plant and humans. Just spray every 3 days tops and bottoms of leafs. Only thing is you have to spray every few days for the neem to be effective.

It interferes with the mites ability to either reproduce or eat. So after all the mature mites die, the eggs hatch and those new mites then never reach maturity to breed. Cycle them with other pesticides is a good idea as well.

Just make sure to thoroughly spray and stay on top of 3 day intervals and you'll win the fight.
