If you're in need of something for gut health, try the ginger beer. I made my first batch a couple weeks ago and it was incredible. I've struggled with some stomach issues, and that stuff just sets you straight.
Thanks for the inspiration @Skunky Dunk Farms , I'm going to get a new "bug" started fight now. ?
Hell ya buddy I’ll check er out. I love our crew. Always good info from good ppl. Fkn solid ?

Planned to age the habanero hot sauce in the barrel for several months but me and my daughter just can't help adding it to everything! So, making a little addition... stream line...new addition- apple. Will help with fermentation and add a little sweet to the heat....also found a recipe I am trying for a mild green sauce.
Jalapeno x apple....?.

I am about ready to start making Kombucha. Just tried it 2 weeks ago, and I;d rather make my own than to cough up $4-$5 for 16 ounces. I'll be doing the research until I get all the needed supplies!
I just found some Blueberry and Strawberry Kefir at Wal-Mart. $4 for a 32 oz bottle, not bad!

No doubt I'll have questions down the line, but I'm sure I'll get all the answers right here. Onward!!!
