Flowering light cycle during fall back season.

Okay so fall back is coming to our area soon which means our clocks go back 1 hour. My question is, is it safe for me to let the light cycle go an extra hour off, so that way we could keep the 630-630 cycle? That would help so I don't have to lose an extra hour of sleep and change to 530-530. Will it cause my girls glue strains to go wonky?
Help!!!!

My last grow was very chaotic. Between the impending baby and random shift work schedule, I could on follow 2 rules.
-Always lights off by 11am.
-Never more than 12 hours on.

Some nights I wouldnt get home until after 3 am to turn them on.
Some nights I was there at 11 pm to turn them on.

Total random lights on time.
Always 11am lights off.
Some days they got 8 hours , some days they got 12.

Perhaps more crucial at flip, however, that random cycle served me fine. They need to follow a schedule that works for you. As long as they get their full twelve hours of beauty sleep, they seem do do fine.

I knew that the plants do not change into flowering from shortening days, but instead from an increased duration of night hours.
I did not however know that the 12 hours of darkness did not need to be on a routine schedule.
Thanks for sharing your knowledge Jewels.

darkness did not need to be on a routine schedule.
Although it sometimes would stay dark for more than 12 hours, I always began dark at the same time .

Way I see it,,,
Sun may be behind cloud, all randomy and such.

Sun-set is sched'd in stone.

No timers here.
Same. ??
One I could handle,, however- with multiple fixtures, electric heaters, intake and extraction fans,,, I would struggle to maintain a synchronous orbit with all them moving parts.
