Greetings to the PhenoHunter family. I hope you and yours are having a good one...make it how you want it. Its your reality too.

The latest seed project is complete. Our late brother Classic's Romulan x Korean Skunk was increased through an open pollination making the f2s. Classic did the foot work personally collecting the Korean Skunk directly from the source in the evergreen forests of southern Korea. Unfortunately this strain is not available in it's pure form. The closest we have is an f1 with the Romulan. Only 2 males were selected. One leaning towards the Korean Skunk and the other leaning toward the Romulan.

Well, there are some pure Korean Skunk seeds available through a certain seed bank. They were sent in by Classic Seeds. The seed bank than ripped Classic off, relabeled the seeds with their own bogus story behind them and are now charging more then $1k per pack. Dont be fooled, Classic from Classic Seeds is the man who collected them. Too many stories like this are abound in the cannabis scene.

The f2s will be released free for a tribute to Classic of Classic Seeds.

Im just getting started separating the seeds after a 2 month dry/cure. There were some other types that went in with the project. If anyone is interested in testing any of this gear please let me know.

-Romulan x Korean Skunk f2s.

-RKS/Deep Chunk/Lime Skunk (3 phenos) x Romulan/Korean Skunk. #4 was my favorite. She was the stinker of the three.

-Hash Berry/Romulan/White Widow x Romulan/Korean Skunk.

-BCG13 (3 phenos) x Romulan/Korean Skunk.

-Wedding Cake x Romulan/Korean Skunk.

-GMO x Romulan/Korean Skunk.

-MAC/UK cheese (shop cut) x Romulan/Korean Skunk.

Not all these mothers were grown out for smoke. I selected them and pollinated them straight away. But they all had desirable traits as far as my perception was concerned. A couple weeks ago a copy of each was sent to another brother for a grow and smoke test. Those results are a while out yet.

All the same plants that were pollinated by the Romulan x Korean Skunk males went in the room with the Killer Queen male too. Those are in the final 2 weeks of bloom and will go up for testing in a few months...after the cure and separation.

If anyone is interested in testing please help yourself. I'm happy to share.

Thank you to the PH community. You all make this great place what it is. I'm stoked to be sharing in this trip.

Be well,
Kind

A few testers from the Romulan x Korean Skunk project went out a few weeks ago. Not long enough for anything to be finished yet. Plus most growers probably have full schedules so it may take a couple weeks for the tester to get in the rotation.

The Killer Chem male project finished about 2 months ago now. Most of the seeds turned out proper. Some of the mothers got stunted around 6-7 weeks during peak seed development. I was out of town for 8 days visiting my daughter over her graduation ceremony weekend. A friend took care of things during that time. Unfortunately she over watering everything. A few of the moms couldn't deal and shut down. The seeds from those females are a little malformed. I'm still getting 80-100% germination success after a brief period in the freezer for cold stratification. Just not the quality of seed I would sell to the masses. The Killer Chem mom was especially stressed from the over watering. Both Killer Chem parents are still here. I'll still send out some testers. If the Killer Chem male is passing on desirable traits I'll do another pollination with him.

I spoke with my boss about running some of that gear from the Killer Chem male project at the shop. Hes down, plus he gave my some of the cuts. I'm getting set up to drop 20 Wedding Cake x Killer Chem, 20 GMO x Killer Chem, 20 Gary Payton x Killer Chem, 30 Pineapple Lemonade x Killer Chem. And it's a toss up between 20 Pineapple Lemonade x Romulan/Korean Skunk or some Purple Cake fems? All the females will finish out at the shop. All the males will finish out at another place to look for any potential breeders.

This is the Pineapple Lemonade cut full of seeds from the Killer Chem male. I've seen many cuts come through this shop. She is super resistant to stress. She is the real deal. Some of my all time favorite smoke. Even though shes not purple, we still cant grow enough for the demand of dispensaries. It was requested that the seeds not get released till the shop gets first look. There is lots of competition in the rec industry on who brings what to market first.

What's the lineage on Killer Chem ? And the Romulan/Korean Skunk ? Is it the same as the "Big" one I've read about with Afghani ?
Killer Chem...
Chemdog x Vic's Killer Queen = (88g13 x Cinderella 99). Classic selected and male from Vic's Killer Queen and dusted the original Chemdog clone with it.

Romulon x Korean Skunk is exactly that. Romulon Joe's Romulan x Korean Skunk. Classic did the foot work through Korea and selected seed himself. I'll see if I can find out which was the dad and which was mom. Classic labeled many of his crosses male first and female second. These days most folks label female then male. I've always been taught to label crosses female first and male second. I'll ask Texasjack if he remembers.

I've heard nothing but good about Cinderella 99 from members here, so even though I've never seen it I expect that to be really good, and crossing Chemdog into that... oh man that's gonna be ridiculously good!

Also the Romulan and Korean Skunk stuff I've got now are a lot harder to wait to get wet lol. Damn bro that sounds great!

Just a heads up for anyone testing the Romulan x Korean Skunk gear. Those seeds haven't experienced any sort of cold stratification before I sent them out. An evening in the freezer should do the trick. They have been curing for plenty of time and should germinate fine either way. Just a suggestion.

Happy testing. Hope find something nice to fill your jars.

Be well,

Right on brother, Im happy to hear your stoked about the seeds. I hope you catch a keeper.

Classic released a few packs of the Killer Chem on Firetax a while back. Some very potent phenos where found. Texasjack said the same about the female he sent me for the F2 project. Those Killer Chem crosses sound promising.

There is someone growing the Romulan x Korean Skunk females that were selected for the open pollination project for a smoke test at the moment. It should be very strong weed as well. Maybe leaning toward the NLD/Sativa side of the spectrum. The Korean Skunk was very dominant in that cross. They still finish within 10 weeks. The Romulan would have brought the flowering time down. Romulon was one of Classic's favorites from what I hear. Romulon was very potent weed too.

Did Blue sunshine x alpha dog ever get released?

Will any more strawberry goo be made?

I want more of both! :)

Nice to see you on the site
A few packs of Blue Sunshine x Alpha Dog were sent out as prerelease testers on GLG. They were mixed up with a few other packs of Alpha Dog crosses. One pack was picked randomly and sent out with every order.

I was waiting for some feedback before releasing them. They Alpha Dog has been know to be a little unstable in stressful environments. That being said Classic sold some packs of Alpha Dog on Firetax and everyone who found a keeper said the search was well worth it. I do have a stock pile of them stored in the refrigerator. Did you receive a pack with an order? If you want to do a test with them I'd be happy to get some out to you.

Strawberry Goo was one of Classic's creations done shortly before he left. There are some more packs of Strawberry Goo, among others, still available here...

Please forgive me that I dont recognize your avatar. The feelings are mutual. It's a pleasure to meet you as well. If there is anything else I can help you with please ask.

Be well,,
