GREAT AMERICAN AUTO RACE by Twenty20

Since it looks like I scared Adam away with questions about their genetics, I thought I'd let everyone know that it looks like Neptune got their auto race gear in.
Not sure what the coupon code is, but if you add it to your cart, it'll show up costing 100. Good luck to anyone who's looking for them.
Sorry you didn't scare me away at all I just haven't logged in for a while. Busy in the garden.

Cool, I'll have to give it a listen, thanks! Glad the packs discount down. I figured they might, but didn't go all the way through checkout, so thanks for the update.
I've got Durban Sunrise, Triks, Trizzlers, and Vida Mints going now, and looking forward to seeing how they pan out in a few months.
The exact genetics aren't a huge deal, since I can't keep cuts anyway. I'm just a nerd like that, and wanted to straighten things out for my own curiosity.
Results I'm seeing from those already further along have me expecting nice things!
It'll be interesting to see how close these come to cookies and TK flavors and smells.
I'm happy to hear you are running Vidamints. It's seriously one of my favorites! A lot of people stay away because of the "CBD" word but dude, wait until you see it and smoke it!! The yield isn't that great but it's well worth the compromise.

Yeah, I'm looking forward to all of them. Interesting, different genetics than a lot of autos I've seen, but these are the first ones I've tried.
Split the order with my folks, so we got a little of the 4 strains we got.
It should be nice to have something earlier than October, if I can keep them happy and not stunt them.

Greetings fellow pheno hunters. Was led here by the Twenty20 Auto Race promotion. Have been meaning to post for a while, but just kept stalling. Currently running two Trizkits. 100% outdoors in 5gal Rain Science bags, filled with Happy Frog. Will try to update on a weekly basis going forward.

So I ran into my first pest problem in 15 years of indoor growing. I started noticing white and silver spots, lines etc on the top of some leaves on all of my plants. I saw them for the first time last night. Thrips.... yay lol. Can't do shit since they are deep in flower. That's what I get for letting my old lady put her Meijer bought plants in with our cannabis plants. I checked the plants at Meijer and there are thrips all over everything they sell. Lots of cleaning in my future.

Man I hate thrips. I feel like they're becoming more common in general. Not sure if it's coming from the potting soil companies or what but 5 years ago I rarely heard anyone talk about them in indoor grows, now I feel like I see a post on the forums about them daily. Luckily they don't hurt adult plants too much. Good luck finishing your grow and may your eradication be thorough and devastating to the pests!

Even though it's late in the game, do you think something natural like Jack Green’s Bug B Gone might be of benefit? (I've never grown indoors)

Yeak thrips suck. Good news and bad news: Bad news, They are REALLY hard to kill. Good news, They don't typically cause much damage to cannabis plants.

The only plants that I had in veg when I found the thrips were 2 Hindsight fems that I got as freebies. They had a few thrips on them and I killed them by hand. I just put them into flower after a 7 week veg. They are gonna be beasts. I decided against using pesticides. I haven't seen any others on them in a couple days. In the auto tent they are there but are only causing minimal damage to some lower leaves. Haven't seen any in a day or so. Phew!!

Here's a few pics of some Triks on day 60. These 2 tiny plants are effin amazing. There is so much rock hard frosty bud packed in such a small place. It's just ridiculous lmao. I love it. I didn't expect much from such small plants. They are only a foot tall each. I'll post some pics later of the Whiskey Zulus and Trizzlers when lights come on. ?

Greetings fellow pheno hunters. Time for the weekly Trizkit Auto Race update. Both Twenty20 Trizkits being grown outdoors in 5gal Rainscience bags filled with Happy Frog. It hit 100F a few days back, and the plants didn't flinch. "B" seems to be really catching up. No pests yet, but you know it won't be long. Thrips talk this week on this thread has me prepping to start the IPM this week. Have a single Trizzler going, but it's small (for now). Will post when it's looking interesting. Good luck to everyone this week! IMG_20210516_165249322_HDR~2.jpg

Here are the Whiskey Zulus on day 61. The smells are intense grape bubblegum and gas. Probably the best smelling plants I've ever grown. They are very easy to grow and they love lots of food. I love these plants.

Good morning all. Here's some pics of my 2 Trizzlers on day 46. They only stretched 6 inches lol. The bigger one is so finicky. It does not like to be fed lol. I give it just water, it shows deficiencies. I give it light nutes and right into nitrogen toxicity. There is no sweet spot with that plant. The smaller one takes everything I throw at it like all the other plants in the tent.

I ended up having to switch the light cycle in the auto tent to 12/12 because I had to flip the 2 Hindsight fems to flower and i can't afford risking a light leak since both tents are in my basement. This should be very interesting. Just after one 12 hour night, I can tell that they are getting much more frosty.

Wow, those are truely incredible looking squatty autos. I wonder why all of your autos stay so short? Our triks usually get 2-3' tall at least. Regardless, what they don't have in height they definitely make up in girth! great job and thank you for the great reviews.
