Dont know how many p. somniferum you have going, but to get more than a puff or two of smokeable material.. you need 50-100's. The real magic is in the dried mature pods. But caution is needed. Very fast to get the monkey on your back with repeated use.
Beautiful greens and flowers. :)

I too planted my Hungarian Blues (wmart $1.69 a pack lol) , and Hens and chicks P.Som's.
Got Blueberries, wild and tame thornless blackberries, probably a hundred plant, tree, shrub specimens. Tomatoes are the only vegetable type I've started so far. Was right at freezing a few nights ago still.

In the bed I posted, there's probably about 150 of em. I also broadcast them across various sections of yard, though somewhat conservatively as there's been several busts in the surrounding counties in the past year, and I don't want to get caught up in that mess. I'm a big fan of morphine and demerol though, and am curious what raw opium will be like.

The dried pods is really what I'm after though. Especially with the turkish reds and giant pods, five or six in a cup of tea is supposed to be primo.

That monkey isn't much of a concern. I've battled much harder things like crystal in my teen years, and still dabble with likes of oxy occasionally though that's not nearly as enjoyable as demerol. I'm really just hoping to have the drop out euphoria without the nausea and itching.

hehe, Gotcha, But its morphine and codeine, (along with 5 or 6 more compounds). Complete with itch.. One Giganteum, "tea", depending on conditions, can compare to 30-50mg dose of 'done. 6-8 hrs worth maybe more. And just as addictive.
Be safe. :)
Planted mine for emergency use for something like the bad tooth I had pulled today, or a broken bone, bad migraine etc.
Not a big fan of Pharma anymore, I too had my days ;)
Prefer the natural alternatives as often as I need it and have it available. No point in suffering.

Happy Gardening., Ill post some of the flowers and whatnot around the yard.

Cant figure out how to get the pics from my android phone on my pc for editing.. grrr. (First smart phone, 3 days use)
Windows tells me, No files found. But I've only tried once and didnt go any farther with settings or sync or drivers etc.

PM me, I'll help you out on the tech side.

I'm aware of the other compounds (one that's really gaining a lot of attention now). But like you said, it's going to predominantly be for the instances of broken bones, significant pain, etc. Just one toe dip in the pool to find out. Like Jay says in Clerks II, "before you jump, let me find out" :D

The weather finally turned here in the Northeast so I jumped at the chance to get everything outside... maters few different hot peppers, broccoli, kale, and herbs to make all these shitty greens taste better... and even a very rare shot of the elusive gardening hippopotamus F03164EE-6E46-41A2-A234-7D206D50EFB8.jpeg 8826FD02-CB84-43F3-A511-088CA85D6D2A.jpeg 2F26CEF9-AF1C-40A1-89E4-CBAA9F2E6E5A.jpeg F03164EE-6E46-41A2-A234-7D206D50EFB8.jpeg 2F26CEF9-AF1C-40A1-89E4-CBAA9F2E6E5A.jpeg 02CFD79B-64BB-4516-ACF2-8F55DDA4EB38.jpeg
