I live in the mountains in far northern california. I am closer to Oregon than San Francisco. It snows here. Less often than when I was a kid but still usually at least once a year. It has been one of the snowier winters in a while and we needed it. I am all in for a decade straight of winters like this.

Yeah very good point; there's places on Earth where it does get suprisingly cold !

So how did it feel? Having little ice particles coming down around you was it good? Your temps frighten me lol so I'm wondering if it's like that for you.

It was beautiful.
Not my pic, but this is what it looked like when I was driving home from Trader Joe's this morning.

The bracts are swelling with seeds everywhere. This is more like it. Painting with a brush is fine and dandy but unleashing the beast is going to be my preferred method moving forward lol.
Not only that, but you end up f****** up a lot with that brush. Believe it or not. Not only that, but the goddamn pollen ends up sticking to it too. Congrats brother! I can't wait

I lived in Orleans one summer back in the 90s, when CAMP was going on. Beautiful country.

Yeah, those are two completely different animals. Open pollination would be much more involved.I was talking more about the pollen actually sticking to the brush.
Ahhh gotcha. I haven't done this myself yet, but I can feel that "want" in me already to see what I'm capable of so I've been reading and, you know, bugging you guys lol.

Now that I've got actual good genetics it has gotten harder for me to chop male plants down. Had some this past season where it was like "okay.... he's sticky, smells good, and grew at a ridiculous rate.... I could totally clone him before the chop...." but I didn't have a tent to stick him in lol.
