I am impatiently waiting for my new bottle jack to show up. I need to press some more of my favorite dabs. I really need to find a way to upgrade to the handpump with gauges. I want to fine tune my squishing game and having no idea what my pressure levels are make it more difficult to replicate my best runs. Guess i will have to call lowtemp today.

I was inspired by a delicious chocolate truffle to make a hash version. I will take balls of fresh frozen hash and give them a little coating of a drier more sandy textured different hash. First try will be fresh frozen strawberry unicorn coated with oilspill. I am hoping i can meld flavors nicely this way.

Well, these are delightful. Full melt and dèlicious. Nice high but a little on the mellow side for me. I am used to ripping globs of rosin to the dome. This is much subtler and nuanced.

Perfect hash weather today, it never cracked 38. Did a run of gorilla ghani trim and a run of fresh frozen mango lotus. Nice yeilds on the Gorilla Ghani, moderate on the mango lotus. Both should press really nice rosin.

Pressed some oilspill hash rosin....barely. i probably only got a partial yield but needed meds. The rosin has currently got me absently trying to pull together sentences. Flavor was very different than i expected. Much more muted than the whole flower rosin. More musty grape less sour lavender. But damn if it didn't sit my ass right down. I think i am going to sit back and chill for a bit.

I do between 160 and 200 for 3 minutes . W a 120 micron. Slow and steady flow And bottle tech style. Temps vary like crazy tho so I always do a practice run at 190 and see where I'm at consistency wise

I am pressing the next batch at 160°. This run ended up like shatter. I prefer sappy dabs with a good terp load.
