Gypsum application rates

What kind of application rates are you fine folks using for gypsum? I can only find ratios for large application and nothing for gallon(s), except BuildASoil suggesting 1-2 Tbsp per 5 gal. Currently I am using 1 tsp per gallon based on that but I'm not sure if that's too much or too little.

I try to use about 1 Tbsp for 5 gallons of super soil recharge. Good luck..

key with some of these soil amendments adjustments is based on the medium status itself. If it’s to sandy or to clay like is the balance if you add more of these kind to rebalance ur medium. Key is not Too much and Knowing it’s balances

for promix multi season reto-dressed super soil , what I do is every 2-4 weeks apply gypsum at 1cup for 100 gal medium . I will visually inspect every time I’m top dressing if It’s needed.

also like all of this getting seasonal soil test it will def tell you the generals and if you need to adjust anything .

I found a very precise fool proof method that works every time . Throw 2 hand fulls in with every wheelbarrow load of dirt mixed up .
