Thank you that truly means a lot. It’s not easy being cheesy (I gotchu @Psychobilly ?) ya our community is like no other. Never ceases to amaze me like every single day. I’ve been around a lotta ppl, stoners, non schmokers, online, IRL, etc and pH has been the best BY A LONG SHOT. Like quadruple slingshot tagging a squirrel by The Rock and John Cena in tandem lmao ? *PAH*I've not ignored this contest.
Being here for a short while now.
I want openly Thank all the powers that be here, for all the work it takes to keep a community growing, and just staying a float.
In my 23 years of surfing the various weed boards, you folks built something special, a very friendly and welcoming site.
I'm usually very wary of new places, until I feel my way around. There was none of that feeling here.
UncleB rewarded me greatly with a prize ,when I found you all, that I treasure, as much as this fine community, of great growers.
I hope to participate next year, as I'll have had a bit more time, and do more reading, around these parts by then.
webe

I was a new grower, and new to forums, when I joined PHENOHUNTER.ORGYou've got quite a few wins under your belt as well @Hugh Jass..... ?

The first thing that blew me away, was the welcome responses.
Being new to all of this, it instantly alleviated most of the anxiety, I had.
Thank you all, for that.
Talking about generosity, I was a member for 10 days, when @Rosinallday ,
contacted me, complimented my grow and asked if I would like to try some Of his work.
I thought I won the freaking lottery! (after harvesting the first one, I knew I did.)
I couldn't believe it, I was here 10 days and already felt accepted. Priceless!
The way everybody treats each other, with kindness and respect,
is inspirational and refreshing.
Common courtesy, isn't so common anymore, but it thrives here.
I love this place ❤
I feel blessed, being a part of the PH community ?
Thank you, to all of you that made and make, this Home, possible.( feels like home to me.)
Happy Anniversary everyone!
If I was a carpenter Festool would certainly top the list but as their tools are pretty much exclusively for wood working and Im a fencing schlub they just dont make the cut. Porter Cable is actually owned by Black and Decker, so theyre out too. What is @Gentlemancorpse 's favorite sauce and power tool brand? - Lizano, Just cause you can't afford Festool doesn't mean they aren't your favorite. I'll got out on a limb and say Porter Cable is what you use.
Much love brother ? we all got each other and everyone else that ain’t in our circle. It’s one of the things that makes pH special.I was a new grower, and new to forums, when I joined PHENOHUNTER.ORG

FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY
- What is @spyralout's favorite band and song, and what significance does it have. - Tool, I should know part 2, we have discussed it, however I am a stoner and Tool has many great melodic and meaningful songs.
- About how many years has @HydroRed grown Cannabis? - I was gonna say 12 but given the hint I will pivot to 21.
- What is the name of @Schwaggy P 's profile pic? - This is pop culture or cult trivia, neither of which is me.
- Does @Deebs have a sibling and if so, what is his name? - I feel like the story goes somebody was moving, some shit happened it was either funny or tragic or both. As far as HIS name, thought he had a sister lol.
- What is the breed of @jaguarlax 's dog? - Again falls in the category of should know but don't, hope he's enjoying the pots of mine he won.
- What is @Bodean's favorite football team (must enter city and state) - Gut says Detroit Lyons. Edit - So Detroit Michigian cause I obviously have reading comprehension issues.
- What is @Gentlemancorpse 's favorite sauce and power tool brand? - Lizano, Just cause you can't afford Festool doesn't mean they aren't your favorite. I'll got out on a limb and say Porter Cable is what you use.
- Where does @UncleB hang his hat (must enter city and state) - Sedona, AZ, because I remember the number 8, it's 8 hours to El Paso, TX where I recall some estate business needed tending to, sorry for how my brain works or doesn't B.
- Where does @Amarok go ice fishing? - Whenever and wherever the opportunity presents.
- What is @JL2G 's dog's name? - Moon may not be here but still belongs.
Wtf is Festool? It sounds like a hybrid between Addams family Uncle Fester and TOOL. “I got a festool so I can handle this job” vrrt vrrt ok let’s schmoke lol ?If I was a carpenter Festool would certainly top the list but as their tools are pretty much exclusively for wood working and Im a fencing schlub they just dont make the cut. Porter Cable is actually owned by Black and Decker, so theyre out too.
A better hint from me probably wouldve been to mention what my most commonly used tools are, a deep cut band saw and impact driver. Im a Milwaukee guy!
I think every single entry got the Lizano part right lol
Well its over right?!?Fkn GC you just told on yourself lol!
Im fairly certain I’ve never used anything festool brand. I’ve always done construction but never worked in a wood shop. I assume that is where the brand shines. Milwaukee has always been good to me, especially if you get the real shit… sometimes I feel like Home Depot sells sub par Milwaukee tools but if you get it from a different authorized dealer or truck you’re getting a better tool. I also use dewalt so I’m not very biased.Well its over right?!?
Festool is a super high end company for battery operated word working tools. First time I ever heard of em my homie whos an excellent carpenter, came by to help me build some gates that were a little above the average laborers paygrade and he busted out this little screw gun. It was dope, effortlessly set every screw perfectly. I was like, damn son, I need one of these! And he was like, it was $400 with no battery... and I was like, nevermind...
Your 100% correct here. Milwaukee has a deal with Home Depot to manufacture less expensive versions of some tools so they can sell them for less than small distributers. Its always small differences, like the bandsaws having fewer speed settings, but it still annoys me. I buy almost all my tools from a small local Milwaukee distributor. Its convenient too because the same guy does all the warranty repair work for Milwaukee in our area too. Milwaukee has the best warranty of all the battery powered tools by far.sometimes I feel like Home Depot sells sub par Milwaukee tools
400 dollahs?! Well if it works then it’s worth it. Unless it’s like a one time job then Harbor Freight probably has a version of it. How many times has someone hit Harbor for some weird tool? One time I had to replace a ball joint and the tool at the auto parts store was like $50. Harbor freight, $10. Used it twice lol. I remember banging it against the frame and it made this pitch like a tuning fork lol. Oh and the one time I needed an arbor press. Short ass handle. Slipped a pipe on the end, pressed the shit outta that part, finished the job. Later on took off the pipe and the handle was all bent ?Well its over right?!?

Our Harbor Freight is called Princess Auto and yup, it's been a lifesaver for specialty stuff that will probably only get used once or twice. How many times has someone hit Harbor for some weird tool?
