Heavy sativa favorites

In no particular order - Columbian Gold, Guerrero Gold/Green (it went by different names), Kali Mist, Durban Poison, Chocolate Malawi, and Somali Taxi Ride.

I typically enjoyed most Mexicans that came my way, but that Guerrero was a real standout. Crazy as it sounds, there have been a few standouts that are memorable some 45 years later. I don't know the genetics on the Chocolate Malawi, but I'm guessing it may have been a Chocolate Thai or Chocolate Diesel cross. The STR is Malawi x Nevil's Wreck.

Huge fan of the old Super Sativa Seed Club Durban xThai cross called Durban Thai Highflyer. Mr. Soul's version took that and crossed it with Cindy 99, which really put it on a different level. They can finish as fast, if not faster than the indica's in your tent. One of the few strains I can still get that forgotten old "road kill skunk" taste and aroma from on certain phenos. If you are not used to it, a small bowl is all that is needed for most, even if you blaze from sun up to sundown. Wakes you up like a cup off coffee, provides euphoria and clarity of the mind.

AKBB also did a preservation run on the original Durban Thai Highflyer from SSSC. I keep debating buying a pack.

Id definitely be down. What's actually held me up is he didn't restock JBC so I'd have to order them direct, and he has a 3 pack min for direct sales and I didn't want anything else at the time. I'll request the list again though, I'm sure I can find something in there lol
Momma's got my cannabis allowance kinda neutered at the moment, the Haze beans put her over the top this week.
Let me know, maybe I can squeeze out some change.

Strongest sativa I ever smoked was some Maui Waui in '86 or '87. Fucked me up like no weed ever had.

I have a number of untried African cultivars in the vault that I hope to get to in the New Year at some point, and of course I have the never ending Neville's Haze which is now on 115f.

Did it have some Labrador in it ?

And man I'd LOVE to try some African.... I saw the episode of that..... Strain Hunters is it maybe? The Dutch guy that goes to Jamaica and Africa and gets "Landraces" from all over the globe..... Man if I had the money I'd go on a Weed tour but I'm pretty sure my first stop would be a little bumpy LOL.

Thai Stick? You mean that stuff that's tied to a stick..

Hehe
Thai refers to a cannabis variety that grows natively in Thailand and was brought to the U.S. in the 70s and 80s. This pure sativa landrace is sometimes called “Thai Sticks” because of the way its buds are traditionally dried and tied into long sticks. This original Thai variety has given rise to many strains we commonly see on the market today, including Voodoo, Juicy Fruit, and the classic Haze. Thai induces powerful but comfortable effects and has a distinct fruity, citrus aroma. This strain is a challenge for growers outside tropical climates, but greenhouse gardens make this grow possible for experts patient enough for Thai’s long growth cycle and slow flowering.

Actually yes

I like Cheech's explanation better.
