I did have everything listed for sale for a few months but no bites. I had ordered a big dumpster because I was cleaning out and gutting my workshop. All of my growing equipment required a sizable amount of storage space and my GF was cracking the whip to throw things away that I wasn’t using. I’m blaming her for my moment of vulnerability. Lol. I actually threw a lot of shit away not related to growing too. It’s a running joke now when I can’t find something or don’t have something that I could have used, “I probably threw it away when we had the dumpster.” But in all seriousness and hindsight, I do regret throwing absolutely everything away, especially the lights. The workshop renovation has been temporarily paused and I could have held onto them longer until I found a buyer. 🤷‍♂️

Sometime this year I’d like to switch from HID to LED for my flower room. I know I want to go with an HLG light. Cost is definitely an object, and I had settled on the 600 RSpec to replace my 1000w HPS. Here’s my question…

The 600 is $699 new but $549 refurbished…

But how much of an upgrade is the new 700 RSpec FR reflector series? It’s $100 more brand new, but $250 more compared to the refurbished. Would I regret not going with the newest product?

Note that the reduced height above canopy isn’t too big a deal for me, as I’m at 34-36” with my HPS and both LED’s improve upon that.

IMHO there isn't a huge difference other than the spread. Those new boards are spaced perfectly and you get a pretty even lux across the tent I've noticed versus the old boards. Far reds seem superior as well but again the biggest difference is the spread.
