Glad it landed ok. I would suggest spraying the plant about 5 days before flip, then on the day of flip spray again, then every 4-5 days there after.
As for the lights, you can keep it under normal flower lights, and just flower as you normally would with a 12/12 schedule. Be sure to spray the STS just before lights OFF because the spray effectivness will deteriorate quickly if exposed to light (hence the blacked out spray bottle provided) and it can potentially cook your plant if applied when lights are on.

So I just pulled out the instructions you wisely included.... yup. The instructions. Should've read those FIRST, then asked questions lol.

If I read the instructions FIRST I also would've known I needed distilled water BEFORE deciding to start this adventure at 9pm after putting my kid to bed... tomorrow it is! But then we're off and running and I'll start a journal for the reversal attempt

I went right to the instructions. Seen the folded paper and figured I'd see whats up. My years of rpg games have trained me to look for hints or notes to solve puzzles, lol.

Looks like the Blueberry Hashplant is already reversing by STS spray #2. Im getting ready to hit her for the 3rd time in the next day or so. No signs of stress or burn present on the plant.

Blueberry hash plant has always caught my interest ever since I saw a journal on dinafem blue hash

Im seeing almost full reversal of the BBHP now at I believe day 18 post flip. Full male parts are developing with a few scattered pistols still present here n there on the plant. Im at the point now where this thing explodes into clusters. A little "burn" is now present on the serration tips of some of the fans but thats something I rarely ever have to worry about adjusting, its full steam ahead with this one. Figure I'll tag @Gentlemancorpse and @Frimpong if they were feeling curious?
