Shoot, I could have popped it along with you. If I have any beans not make it up out of the ones I just dropped, I’ll replace with a BBHP and grow along with you. If I think I can make room I may pop one anyways. Flowering in a 20” x 36” means I can run out of space pretty quickly.

The "Blueberry Hashplant" is chopped and drying. Smells like a super spicy "Blue Dream" with some sweet earthy notes hiding in there.
The blueberry is def strong with this one!

I've also got about 9-10 more of these not pictured from a single plant in a 1/2 gallon square pot.
Prob about 4 zips dry when all said n done which is more than welcomed.
My jar of this has been empty for a minute and it goes really quick since its a family/friend favorite as well.

I'm currently growing testers of everything now so probably gonna be late Aug before they hit the seed banks. It took a minute to get this all started because I'm in the process of overhauling my tents with new fans/filters and converting all the lighting back to oldskool HPS/MH.

I just unpacked and hung 2 small Mars LEDs to replace 4 CFLs in a 2 x 4. Twice the brightness at half the wattage, so I'm strongly considering replacing one of several mh/hps lights to see if a total makeover should be done. I know I'm still operating in 2011, but you replace a bulb for $20 once a year and these babies last forever. I'm one of those ' I hate to replace something that still works just fine' guys, and own it. What am I going to do with 10 perfectly good clamp lights and CFL bulbs ?

I originally did led because of the heat issues I was facing in another grow spot. Im in a different spot indoors now and dont have those issues anymore. I just cant beat the results of "vintage" lighting with my style of growing in hydro. iplugged in my MH and my plants LOVED it. I forgot how good an old HPS was for flowering and getting them to sex earlier than led.

I was.

I still likely would be for one that works as well as a 600 watt hps at less power. I reckon a strategic move would eliminate the occasional circuit breaker hiccups.

One thing - taking pics under an HPS is a forgeddabouddit exercise.

This dude went in on me so hard for suggesting HID was still the boss. He went on and on about uMol and LEDs and how you can grow twice the weed with half the watts and whatever.... I tried to tell him I'd never seen proof of that in my own grows and I thought watts were still king... so he told me I didn't know how to use LEDs right? Anyways, that's about when I realized I was trying to have a reasonable discussion on Reddit, so I blocked him and moved on with my life

Long story short, HID still rules the flower tent in my book

Its hard to reason with someone who is set in their ways. I spent plenty on LED over the years and though they hold a place in the garden, they just dont hold a place in mine anymore. I think its hard for anyone who spends all their $$ and reads 1000 pgs of specs and literature to let someone tell them that their $80 light grows just as good (if not better) than their $400 light lol. If I had to guess, I'd guess it was probably more about their pride than the light.

I’m in the same boat dude I love my leds don’t get me wrong but I originally switched because of heat well now that I have a mini split in my room heat is not an issue I just set the temp and my room stays at that temperature so I could definitely run a 600 watter in my 4x4 and a 1000 watter in my 5x5 but it sounds like a lot of work lol maybe if my lights ever die I’ll switch back
