@HydroRed , I was eyeballing that purple power for the last few years I think lol. It always caught my eye when scrolling the bank. Hope you have one like in his pics, awesome looking purple plant. What kind of terps and smells did she give you?

This pack had been sitting in the vault for a minute lol. This one is a straight up "purp" in every sense of the term. My partner grew these out for me so no pics, but the smoke has a candy/sour grapes/skunk kinda vibe going on.

Thanks man, its been a long time coming. I was very happy with both phenos of the Dinafem. No plans on any chucks with the Mothers Milk pollen (at least until I get through some of the Mothers Milk F2's) but I still stashed a couple vials of pollen back JIC.

I've already briefly documented the others except for the "Purple Power" from Cool Creek Genetics which will be my "purp" stock for upcoming Fem projects.

Not to hijack the thread, but what size tent are you running and how many plants? I think my room is too big for the small amount I run so I was looking into tents for budding. Just want to get kind of a general idea of what’s possible before I purchase one.

This tent is a covert 8x4, and its not completely full but there’s currently 8 4-5 foot plants in 3g fabric pots. I will add a couple more plants in here but won’t go over ten.

I've ran 3 x 3, 4 x 4 and 4 x 5 tents so far. The 3 x 3 with a 315w cmh could do 4 biggish plants, 2 month veg, in 3 gal with coco no problem or about 15 small 12/12 from seedlings in 1 gal coco.

Both the 4x4 and 4x5 could do 6 bigger plants or 20-25 1 gal plants under 600 hps no problem. I could fit a 1000w hps in 4x5 but headroom was an issue for taller plants.

I personally like the 4x4 best but 3x3 is a good size for smaller grows.

Edit: I guess I mean medium size vs big. 3x3 with a big plant scrogged

Thank you both @jaguarlax and @thenotsoesoteric. I have been debating between a 8x4, or two 3x3/4x4/5x5 (was going to pick two of these, hadn’t made up my mind on sizes). Room is currently 8x8 so I was thinking of just running bud in tents and using the remaining space for moms/veg and then using the current veg room for a workstation room.....repotting, cutting, mixing nutes.....basically keep the messy shit out of the growing area! I dreamed a little too big when I built my rooms, now I’m fighting environmental control. Hopefully controlling a smaller space, even if it’s multiples, will be easier.
I think I might be leaning towards a 3x3 for my cmh and a 4x4 for my 430w strip LED.

I was just about to toss it thinking it wasnt going to happen and saw this little nub of new veg:

haha, thanks. Normally not my ideal way to keep something around but gotta do what I gotta do when theres no room for cuts. Once I smoked it I knew I had to at least give a reveg the ol college try.

Do you have her under normal veg light cycle or 24hr? I just cut down a Strawberry Banana that had an old school sweet funk when I was trimming it. I didn’t have time to take cuts before she went to bud, so I left a couple nugs on the plant to try and reveg. This is my first attempt at a bud reveg, so not expecting too much. Do you boost nutes or just back to veg feed?

Veg feed right after chop and 24 hrs light seems to do the trick for me. I also pull all the roots off from outside of the container (in hydro) and flush with fresh water real good to clear salt buildups from the last 60+ days (recommend for both hydro or soil) before feeding. Good luck with your reveg and *be patient*. I was just telling Schwaggy the other day that I was beginning to doubt it is going to reveg after trying 6+ weeks. I went to cull it a couple days later and saw the new growth lol.
