I forgot to add that in my garden there's literally Bear, Coyotes, Fish, and other Deer buried underneath some of that soil LOL. That may well be helping out too.

If they run out in the road you can harvest one with your driver's license instead of a hunting license lol. Years back my cousin went up north and didn't even see a Deer, and leaving my house he hit one.... lol.
Thanks all for the ideas. I did Buy a Recurve cross bow with scope, Target and stand last night. Been on the list for a Minute.
No High power rifles due to the neighbors. Safety First. Have not Hunted in a few years due to life and work. Will have to try the dead animals trick.
Have not tried that. Maybe try hanging a road kill rabbit on the fence and see if it works.
Now to find time in my 55 to 60 hr work week. I do Love some country fried loin, mashed taters and gravy.
Indoors till next year then we fight again.

I've only gotten one with the truck luckily it was just a small one didn't do much damage. Wasn't much there that looked good to eat after that though pretty nasty. Oddly enough I was on my way to go sit in the tree when it happened..

Few years back, I was watering big trees, with molassas at one of the gardens I worked at and had a big ass buck come down from the brush sniffing it out. He gave zero fucks about my presence and walked straight to the jar and started licking it. It was a tense few minutes til he decided he had had enough and left. They may be cute but them antlers and hooves will ruin your day quick.

Ironic huh ? LOL glad it wasn't bad. I keep saying we need to get a Catfish pond because then I wouldn't have to bury as much critter in the dirt. Ah well, I'm sure it helps the soil. Even though the Bear was rancid as fuck when I was told it needed to be buried..... SOUR decaying meat.... You show me a jar of weed that smells like that I'll be ALL over it, but you show me Winnie the maggot pooh..... Nah bro...
