edit: that brown looking thing, looks like dead organic material . But I can’t see it as whole and camera isn’t focused on that if that’s what ur talking about

Maybe that or scat from insects or something.

I get that sometimes if I feed nitrogen after the plant has been deficient. I think the dead cells fall off from the healthy portion of the leaf.
