if exhausting air, to guratee smell and all virus, molds and then some

you could easily add a uv bulb or corona ozone ( no replacement bulbs ) and exhaust it all out

when I used to exhaust my rooms and even do “negative pressure “ to my grow square for outdoors cause the smell was so strong, lol

conona discharges work crazy good, just min 15 Ft of ducting ( read the manual and you’ll instant, easy peezy)

i got two of them from that brand and I ran them for 5+ years before doing no seal and not needing such tools. They never let me down and the company whenever I called or left them a voicemail, always called back and were super smart and cool , A+

your "stupid low humidity" is hurting your plants exterior leaf health and could very easily make it susceptible to PM....I have never had to run my Humidity lower than 50% in the last couple of decades except for a Sweet tooth #4 pheno that grew solid like a traffic cone and when I did run it below 40% everything else suffered including that Sweet tooth pheno.
I did know that the low humidity wasn’t good for the leaf surfaces, but I didn’t realize that it could make them susceptible to pm....it does make sense.
Amazon delivered just the thing for me today! Hopefully I’ll be able to get the humidity dialed back in and keep my girl clean until harvest.

This humidifier says it monitors the air and regulates the humidity. I just don’t want to have it continuously run and get the humidity too high. Only one way to find out....plug it in, fill it up and watch it go!

Friday morning just after lights out, I hit her with the Green Cure. Yup, the hairs darkened right up! Lol. With the Green Cure and a humidifier, I think we are on the right track. I haven’t seen anymore pm spots anywhere.
How frequent should I hit her with the Green Cure? Or should I switch to Dr Zymes as maintenance and to take care of the aphids (these little bastards are driving me crazy!)?

I cannot thank everyone that shared knowledge enough!! I was heartbroken and set on tossing her, but pHenohunters came in with help and support!

Apply at 1.5 tablespoon
every 7 days or if you see any signs of pm showing. If outdoors every 7 days , showing signs appear & if rain removes greencure/foliar spray

For those humidifiers and most : Just make sure to use clean water ( if it was me, otherwise = the germs and trace elements and metals of your water will be all over your room and plants like a foliar spray )
keep the bottle by the tent and hit it evertime it pops back up. It will start up again on the leaves first, hit it right away. If you stay on top of it you can keep it out of the buds.....check any lowers, they can load up as well.

I have been diligently inspecting every inch of the plant. This is my First experience and I want it to be the last! Lol. Since I have a long weekend, I am going to be bleaching every inch of both rooms.....well, between Thanksgiving festivities and the girlfriends grand dreams of having Christmas vomit in our house.
So, I think I have a good handle on the pm, now I’m in an epic battle with the damn aphids. I have plenty of green cure on hand and I also have a fresh bottle of Doctor Zymes. Anyone know which one works best on the aphids?

you could get greencure and be able to fight/defend till harvest for only 20 bucks easily. That stuff is cheap and easily findable (hydrostore,Amazon , shoot I think Home Depot even has it )

to your question , greencure is 100% accepted to be used on cannabis in all rec/medical and in logical for floweralll the way to harvest . look at sulphur yes you can use it and it’s allowed, but you can’t use it beyond 2-4th week of bloom and if you have used any oil based things like neem within 3 weeks you can’t also use that . kinda makes it a monopoly and when you need to defend against the pm and molds . you don’t have to kill your plant cause when I have had infected plants outdoors this is exactly the method I did and I won the battle till harvest. Meaning the pm can’t grow cause I sprayed every 5-7 days or if I saw it start growing . The way the “greencure “ works is has such a high ph it doesn’t allow the mold conquer and populate .

tip with it since greencure “burns pistils” just stop on the last week. I always suggest apply all foliars 1-3 hours before lights off and make sure you use good quality water . Should be game after that

it just temporary burns the pistil, not the trich, it will recover very fast and the key with the greencure before that to get it all the way to the end. I suggest 1.5 tablespoon. Per gal and make sure you have good air flow and don’t let your touch

IPM for aphids and misc:
“knockout “ aka use this intill 3-4th week. read limit per cycle Evergreen 5.0% ( same company that makes pyganic % but diff label )
best knockout ever for 150+ insects , love this stuff and super safe

biocontrol, safe through harvest and repels and kills if ingested :venerate xc

than swap every 7 days and foliar spray : Grandevo

both of those listed above can be mixed with regalia or be mixed with evergreen 5.0%
This dudes right on. I effectively fought pm using this and supplemental uv-C light for 15 lights on and lights off.
It is very powerful. Dont look at it. It will eat the insides of a tent and burn skin and corneas.
But I got @HydroRed sin city juice all the way to harvest using this very method .
And dwfoliating them to the extreme.
It will definitely stunt them but it'll finish and u can smoke it.
How,did ya rid the fungus gnats? I have had them, aphids, mites, and pm. In only 3 yrs of growing. I'm,gonna try mosquito bits and play sand i think

I put 1 teaspoon Thuricide (which is BT) per gallon the water I feed with. Do that for 1.5 to 2 weeks. The flyers will die off because you are killing the new generations. You can put a yellow sticky trap up to cut down on those flyers. If the fliers are really bad, I spray them directly with fels-naptha soap mix. I'll spray the dirt surface to get as many sleepers as possible..then twist the plant out of the line of fire and spray into the stirred up, flying hoard....everyone you hit is dead. :)

I do this in veg primarily. By the time they are in flower, that pot they are in has zero gnats and will stay that way for the duration.

The Green Cure will be for PM only and ineffective on bugs. I dont have any experience with Doctor Zymes to speak on. If root aphids, a sand layer on medium (soil/coco) with a reduction in watering schedule if possible is a nice non-chemical approach to knock em out. If they are on the plant, you can use some kind of insecticidal soap to spray the plant with too. I use a product called "Monterey with Spinosad". This works amazing for thrips, aphids, and many other sap sucker type of bugs. Pretty inexpensive too at like $9 a bottle.

Since you asked I’ll explain ;)
mosquito bits have been proven to me over time and trials to be semi inefficient towards long term IPM of fungus gnats entirely . Even if you keep a good dry level inbetween your cycles ( I know I do cause I do a “lift” test before every feed, if soil, feed, water feed, I’m coco)

what I suggest is getting a more guaranteed and aggressive ipm tactic ( meaning kill both adults and larvae vs just larvae and BTI seems to take a lot longer to work too)

fungus gnats reproduce very quickly ( exp at damp and warmer temps) and are both a sexual and since they reproduce just as fast as aphids or most hell pest you shouldnt be blind on something that eats your roots alive and puts bad pathogens in your medium and misc. nothing good comes from it and it’s something as a grower we should just expect to have to fight inless your pure hydro like under current .

best IPM tools I have seen (larvae stage) is nematodes geared for fungus gnats and thrips ( that will control your fungus gnats larvae entirely, and quickly, key is not allowing high populations to emerge )
key with buying nematodes is buying them from a reputable source , I wouldn’t buy them from Amazon or a hydro store Inless they show who they buy em cause nematodes are very sensitive and the process and shipping is guratee ing it’s legit is worth buying from some wholesalers vs “ anybody “, at least for Nematodes. Plus make sure to read the manual and online compatibility sheet and you’ll understand how to use them vs destroying your whole project. It’s super easy , just gotta follow the instructions ;)

For IPM on teen-adult/fliers stage fungus gnat i would suggest rove beetles . Benefit of rove beetles they will fight and defend for along time and Inless they run out of things to eat or bad environment . They sem to be fairly adaptable in your garden

Vouch for this bug company, shipping is what gets ya but bs the competition. Their prices on their bugs and nematodes rocks! I suggest over rating it (like I buy the 250 million nematode cause it’s way cheaper than 50mil, and do a 50 gal of 250 mil, that’s ultra concentrated )and since shipping is 50% of it, gurateeing your success ( that’s what I do and it always works for me )

best timing I found to apply if you have two rooms is apply before you have a obvious high population/IPM cycling , than timing I choose is normally 2-6th week of veg and if I have a flower room I do that room same day as well = makes both room IPM applied on one Rez , and I have a fairly nice size room so I’m sure most people can brew under that standard, if not they could make the nematode brew much bigger np ( 5o gal was smallest size than most diluted is 250 gallons)

Fuck bugs ;)
