I mapped around 15-20 buds.(White tags) Very disappointed.
Mean, and Median @ 380 and 425 ppfd
I think I already know how this will turn out.
All measurements were made at 14-27 inches.
No way I should read 700 at 14 inches.
80% is high.
Fingers crossed.

Measurements taken flush height, on sunny side. I shouldacoulda use stationary points,,,I am sure your lab is run a might tighter
Remember I am crashing this stuff, buds may have relaxed downward from original position.
Results appear however, consistent.

Top number is original measurements.
Middle number is new bulb
Bottom is calculated increase.
Don’t try to read deep into the numbers , they have not been assigned a unit

Here is Athena, enjoying the last summer rays.
What they don’t advertise is the fact that the sensor produces 1mV for every 5ppfd.
Crappy tire volt metre reads 220.
I am mathtarded ,,, so just follow my brain here,,,
-I read the metre and add a zero. (212+another zero is 2120)
-‘wow’ 2120 !
-No - that is = x10
- times 5 would be half of that.

There you have it. Even with one side of my brain missing, I can still poke numbers and read the metre in real time.
Add a zero, then divide by two.
Full sun, at 11:30 , yields 1060ppfd.
kinda sad eh? Half of equatorial measurements. FML (fukmylight) I am too close to the North Pole.
Side bar conclusion. Read between the lines to save money and find a better way.
Apogee wants to sell me a 300 logger that simply multiplies a by five. Crappy tire garage sale $3 special will get you to the same place. Crappy tire wants to sell me new leads, to retrofit my Apogee harness.

Newly crunched numbers reveal accurate prediction. Increase of less than 30%.

Conclusion:
A semi organized 4x4 canopy, under 400wHPS, will not be supplying enough intensity for premier results.
If I wish to maximize my garden with my current fixtureI must either reduce the footprint under the luminare or-
I need to get the canopy into a 6inch tolerance ,parabolated stadium
- or continue to leave bud on the table.
I can manage plants at 1000ppfd, I have trouble hitting that with 400w HPS

Looking good, one thing that I experienced with sour tangie and it’s crosses was that the buds ended up really airy. Now I recognize that I’m a noob and truthfully none of my buds are going to be a good choice if you need something hard to chuck at someone or something.

Hurt my brain trying to find correct answer.
I ended up running train on 2 diff. Mothers.
I called them 2stroke #1 and #2. Clever huh?That was my very first pack of @Tht gear. Two clones from the same pack/run of seeds. I believe single parents.
One was a nasty bird.

The seed mom took, like 4 weeks of flower to show sex. I had clone trays with numbers but no sex. I ended up running a clone or two with the seed born run. They would not show sex in veg (6-7 weeks). Even as clones,,,pretty sure I ran that one out more than 80 days of flower.
Wasn't a small one. Although probly less than 4 oz. ?
I see it is still girdled in this photo. Skanky cougar, it is not trussed up, it is hanging out. Count the blades on that yellow leaf.


Some things are worth the wait.

She was a wild one. To orange like. Was passable, but not the pepperoni we were after. That sucker would leave marmalade in my teeth for almost 2 hours. Acidic , but no savory. No herbaceous mouthfeel. Dead sexy sour tangie is like a good fisting of
all-dressed chips or hickory-stix. You know the MSG is F'ing up your taste buds - but you just keep hitting it.
Worchestershire cotton candy with KFC toaster leave'ns sprinkle, served in a hubcap.
That is what I am looking for.
I wonder if the high blade count brings the citrus with it? She had no trouble tossing double digits when she was content.
In my current mix is wider is danker, with lower blade count and more shaggy sugar leaf.

With the last exception of the last beast,
I think those are ALL photos of the same clone. I think grinder bud is be the same clone asswell. The photo roll chrono would seem to indicate.
Not certain. My record keeping is done at 33 rpm and the only paper work I do is completed 1 1/4 sheet at a time.

Yes. Found on Affie. It was brushed with BloodTangie and Sour TangieF2.
F2 pollen was late. Blood beans are confirmed.

I suppose the most insightful answer to your query @chiefer888, would be that I had not considered it.

Sitting here mulling over an honest answer, and all I got is : indifference.

Couple reasons,,,
I have seen nanners before. They appear like the 'larder beetle' , meaning, "You should have dealt with this last week"
Always after 30% amber.

Another reason is the stock. Near as I can tell this a solid, as is, bread and butter indica.

Consider I have little experience overall with growing cannabis, and even more so limited with Indica, and none with chucking.

I have read that Indica is best harvested near the window opening, although with Sativa it is better to wait until later, during a closing wave.

Maybe just nieveity ?
I never had a problem with mites , until I found one on my plants.

I suppose the danger is ending up with babies that toss nanners?
And perhaps earlier on ?

Price out some 315w cmh units. They have gone down in price recently. Noting gets better flavour and colour like cmh ?
