Do you have a p/k boost or bloom fertilizer?
Yes, however, I have not fed that clone anything but bunny soil, and lil bit of baby food (0-3-2)
I've had a few clones that just wouldn't re-veg even under 24/7 ?
What is up with that ?
Literally 4 months ago I cut that clone. I can accept responsibility for the first month , but ~come on. It has been rooted for a long time.
Furthermore, on November 15th, my last glut of femmes went into flower. That clone was the only plant left in the nursery so I poppeed a Fruity Jack beside it , so as she wouldn't have to suffer the loneliness in solitude. The fruity Jack looks just fine they have been sitting side-by-side since the day she was born.
I have left plants out of the tent before, they got pissy and threw a couple singles.
This is different. This plant is so stubborn and determined to do its own thing. Of course , as such : I admire the hell out of it. So we are going to see how this plays out

...should I be targeting something other than 5.8 for pH?
My water is so hard, I could never drive my ph that low.
@Uncle Rom did the only krakerbox grow, that I ever paid much attention to. He may be down wiith some tips.

P assimilation is hampered by high pH and is instrmental in cell development. I dont want you to toxify you soil but there are 2 salts I am using mills pk (monopotassium phosphate) and moab (same but with a sprinkle of monoammonium phosphate) but if your pH is that far out of range idk maybe a foliar pf WCaP but by the time you get it made the issue may be resolved.

monopotassium phosphate
Long ago when this soil pile was born it got a couple pounds of this

And 2 pounds of that

The water supply always been that way. There is a running joke around here that our water is pasteurized.
Before it comes out the tap, it runs through at least 6 or 7 cow pastures.

Pasture

[ˈpasCHər]
NOUN
land covered with grass and other low plants suitable for grazing animals, especially cattle or sheep.

It is sourced hundreds of miles away. Picking up Carbonate along the way, the water has amazing buffering capabilities.
During the 2L grown challenge last winter, I broke my Ph probe. I promptly transplanted out of hydro, and have been including "earthly" components into my mix ever since.
Ever since then I have been getting by on learned habits.
My feed includes Ammonia, Humic, Fluvic, and Citric Acid.
I struggled for a bit only because the solution turned out to be counterintuitive. If I pussy-foot around with the ppm's I developed lockouts and rust. The only way I can convince the plants to actually drink the water, ONLY if I have loaded it full supplements.
I do all of my germinating with bottled water.
Sprouts are getting 0-3-2 + citric acid at 300 parts per million.
Transplants are 600 parts per million.
My full vegging plants are typically 900 ppm.
At their peak, weeks 5 & 6 are pushing +1500 PPM.

I mention counterintuitive because I would usually back off at the first sign of trouble. Raise the light a bit, skip a feed perhaps. All of those strategies were getting me into trouble.

I feel like I am running a lumpy cam with a stall. Idling at a stop sign it sounds ( to the untrained ear) like hell.
All the magic happens at wide open throttle.
Perhaps more like flying an airplane?
I need to keep those props spinning or I will nosedive.

Took me awhile to find my groove.

You don't have red like I do.

Unless that little bit on the petole is not normal.

There is not what I would consider an economical and accurate way to asses nurrient levels in soil, this is one reason I went hydro - nutrient starts fresh with every res basically. Our university ag extension will do an excellent soil test. Each one can run 180 bucks or more. If you know where you are starting by aquired experience that is wonderful. Data can show why you are right or wrong but so does instinct when listened to. You say the p and k were added long ago perhaps the source is depleted more in some areas than others.

Qustions -
PPMs you reported in addition to tap or including tap? 500 or 700 scale?

Too hot for me
I'm freakin about this reading.

I use ro from an under sink unit cause my well is carbonate and house has water softener. Well is at like 7 iirc but also has radon.

Total stiffness after mixing tap with liquid nutes.
Tap gets down to 180 PPM ,Peak flow ,and up to 380 around this time of year.
All good stuff,,, calcium, magnesium ,carbonate, silica.

I think I am on the 500 scale ,,, it is the NaCl reading.

This is not super soil. I am trying to keep it heading in the direction of nearly inert.
Kitchen scrap, brown leaf, and bunny dung are the only highly consumable inputs.
There is old root ball included, and that disappears very quickly.
My last batch of flowering media was light enough to be considered drain to waste. I really enjoyed it. I think ideally I would have media that would require watering every 24-36 hours.

Floor is gone with a few days to spare.

I have been thawing out chunks of soil for some repotting. I wish I could get it done before the weekend, but I do not think that will happen.

I haven’t had a working ph pen in a year or so. I just giver and air on the side caution and aim for over 6.5 mostly in peat/coco mix. I find being a little high is better than low in a solid medium.

Kratky doesn’t seem to care honestly between 5.5 and 6.5ph with maxibloom. It’s just dwc without a pump and air stone. Don’t go organic or you will have trouble. Clean the bucket every res change. Change up every 3-5 days depending on how it swings. Swings fast but stir it good once a day to make it swing a tad slower
I’ve set it as low as 5.3 and still hits 6.5 in 4-5 days left alone
I’m not certain ph is as important as folks think provided you have a swing or random ph application. Like eyebawling mixes sometimes that are 6.1 and then eyebawlin a 7.0 batch next.. it all works out.
I am one of those guys who can tune your guitar perfectly by ear in a minute and a half tho so maybe it don’t work for someone who can’t tune a guitar by ear. (Hint- you only need to get that low E then you just tune the guitar to itself.) @spyralout

Long , long ago, I decided I wanted a dog.
I knew I was not mature enough for that kind of responsibility so I needed to wait.
Soon, I had my own children to care for, and my own maturation accelerated.
Did the single parent thing for 10 years and ended up falling in love with my best friend.
Still renting, in a house with no fenced yard, I still was not ready.
We went house shopping with only three criteria. I wanted to purchase the most square footage we could find regardless of condition . I wanted a detached garage so as I could putter and smoke in comfort.
Finally , I wanted a fenced yard so I could have a dog.
Was a cold day , last week of January, 2008, we got to bring this girl home.
Capture+_2021-01-29-13-02-27.png
She was frolicking and rolling around in the snow before we even got her into the house.
I remember it like it was yesterday.

Was a cold day in January , yesterday, last year , we had to say goodbye.
That dog had to be contact high for 12 years. I spent the whole night with her before I let her go.
20200128_105216.jpg
She would wait patiently, in the glow of the heat lamp, waiting for me to go in.
This is the last photo I have.

Got most of my chores done before the weekend.
20210129_121226_(1).jpg
Whereas before almost everything fit upon the table on the right hand side ; now I am double stacking , and still stretching out bigger than four x four.
They are under 2 x 400 metal halide. If I keep the nursery door and the long room Door shut up tight I can maintain 24 Celsius. However one lamp is in a bell reflector and I am not getting the coverage they deserve.

Starting to develop a disdain for these round containers . My 4 gallon buckets are 9×9 up top,,, these things are 8 inches across. Seems silly.

I still have hours and hours of work to do in the igloo before I can settle these in.
I desperately need to get my butt in gear because @Uncle Rom's Congo is stinking up my house.

Rootbound be damned!
There were two juvenile plants in the blue tub with the Rebel sprouts.

Foreground is Unks DeadStrawberryMysteryReveggerSpectacular, it is planted directly in the media. Hiding also in there is Frutero, from seed. It started in a 2in sprout pot.
Was not content to stay.
