I'm on FIRE!, I'm on FIRE! Tom Cruise use the witchcraft on me to get the fire off me..

So, I decided to STOP procrastinating and get my grow on. Got the tent 90% cleaned, prepped, and to the point of being usable for seedlings.
I decided to DROP a tray full of various genetics. 38 in total.
36 cracked and started showing the tap root overnight in mini ziplocks wrapped in wet paper towel.
They are in 75% coir and 25% FFOF.
A heat mat on a 15 minute increment timer is under the tray. 15 on - 15 off - 30 on -15 off -repeat.
The soil and water temp is steady at 74-77ºF so far.
I have two= 60Watt equivelant, Daylight LED bulbs about a 12" above the tray for now.

I wanted to say I ROLLED a fattie, but I couldn't find the papers so a few bong rips it was.
At least I'm getting this thing ROLLIN'.

Thanks for the inspiration, friendship, kindness, and laughs everyone. I'm feeling motivated and happy to be working with some new genetics :)

This is actually a float and grow type, foam starter cell in a small tray. The tray has an inch or so of water in it. Each hole has a small piece of rock wool packed in the bottom to hold the soil in place and wick the water up.
I will use no nutes for a week or so, and top off the lower tray as needed. I made sure the mix was pretty wet a day before planting. Both watering the tops and the tray underneath.

Not sure if I'll use any fertilizer until transplant. Which will be into 40%FFOF / 30%Coir/ 20% PBH par boiled rice hulls, and 10% worm casting, composted manure and a few other organic amendments. Then I will use water only for veg unless I see signs of deficiencies.

I've never run pure coco. Not sure how fast it would need water.✌

So my $60.00 2-ft, 8-bulb, T-5 is reaching the end of its life. Two unusable burned/melted sockets that could have been disastrous, and two others eating fresh bulbs almost as fast as I could order them.
This is for the lower portion of my 32"x 32"x 60" tent, below the seedlings shown above. Usually used for mothers, and sometimes vegging new additions.

I had been complaining, looking at, and discussing LED options, when one kind member reached out and most certainly, Hooked Me Up!
@Deebs --A HUGE THANKS my friend. Your kindness and generosity is not only appreciated, but will be returned. You are one of those folks that make this community absolutely spectacular. ?‍♂️:clapping:.

And NOW! Im proud to present: ....

Follow up with description, pics, and a few questions to come.
(Not trying to keep you in suspense..just realized the batteries were dead in my camera)

I wholeheartedly share the same sentiment with you. The generosity and selflessness alone are admirable. The free sharing of information, pursuit of continued learning, and overall good vibes make @Deebs an absolute asset to our community. Plus he's pretty damn cool ?

Aww shucks......making anyone in the collective better makes me a better: person, father, grower, soon to be mycology enthusiast so i benefit probably the most, these things are just material gestures :)
I see many great relationships, and an encyclopedia of cannabis/myco knowledge here. The collaborative whole definitely makes this place, I am but a speck....an ion!

3- SIN-N-JUICE just starting out. -outdoor

Cuttings in the shallow bubbler. Took these on 6/14.

Romulan x Kush - Two back rows. The mother was transplanted outside into a 8-10 gallon pot. Pics coming.

Briscos JellyPie-2 - 3rd row from top. This pheno was a single stalk. Branches were no more than 6". Good enough for just a few cuttings. She was also transplanted into a 3-4 gallon pot outdoor.

Brisco's Black Mamba - 2 front (left) Brisco's JellyPie-1 3 front (right)

The bubble cloner is starting to do it's thang. A little slower than usual, maybe due to a bit of neglect. I've only changed the water one time so far. With each change they usually take off. Next change (later today) will have a light dose of FloraNova Bloom added. I expect a drastic improvement in root growth and the cuts will start to grow foliage. Right now they are only under 1- 60W equiv, Daylight LED bulb. 19 of 20 have some root. The last one is real close.

Nice man, i think imma watch this one. I love your diy cloner. You should do a tutorial.

I second this suggestion... i want to know more about that cloner design... Ive got an extra air pump kicking around but I have yet to see a design I like as much as yours, the low profile is ideal

Also, that Romulan x Kush cross sounds dope ... not sure if the next generation tag is the star trek reference I'm taking it as but I love it either way

Thanks :) @GthaEnigma and @Gentlemancorpse. Tutorial you say? :p

NextGeneration seeds is breeder from BC Canada. They have been around since the mid-late 90's. From what I remember, Federation seeds was the original seller for Romulan genetics. I believe they were affiliated back during the first big seed boom in BC. NextGen's breeder splitting off and creating his own company not too long before the first big seed crackdown in BC / Canada. lol.
For sure "Star Trek" themed.

One of my Gromies setups, using the same bubble cloner in a very height restricted location:
