Flipped another Fat Purple and two Lemon Randos tonight, the flowering tent is almost back at full capacity. With plants that have mostly had a decent veg cycle, no less. My goal is not to flip any plants that are below 2 feet tall. Next to get flipped will be the Peach Tree

67's, Kaleidoscopes, and Shotgun Weddings continue to differentiate, all showing some very nice phenos.

The flower tent is almost back up to the point where I can take decent pictures of it again. There were some rough looking plants (no fault of the genetics) that I was only finishing because of my aforementioned drought, but they're all down now. The Sky Burial, Swazi Burm, and [(Blue Dream x ON Haze) x G13 Hazeplant] ladies are really taking off, with quite a few lookers following them.

Obvs [(BD x ON Haze) x G13 Hazeplant] beans will be made with the frosty dude. Those crossed with (Digital Dream x G13 Hazeplant) breaks down to:

...which will be the F1's of Go Blue Dream. Might even be done by the time football season is over.

So the moms all the way up are Blue Dream with a double influence of the Santa Cruz clone only, hit with a bit of extra Haze via the Original Haze, Neville's Haze, and G13 Hazeplant, a bit of OG, and a tiny bit of Afgooey and Block Head. The winning plants came from a 25 pheno selection from two different (Blue Dream x ON Haze) ladies crossed with G13 Hazeplant pollen.

See? Much less pathetic. There's a clear difference between the plants that got rushed into flower and those that didn't. Sky Burial (back left corner) is already the tallest girl in the tent, with plenty of stretch left.

That's shitty about your experience with JOTI.

I stopped using him. Just never got the feeling that it was more than a greedy cash-grab, with no passion for the plant or connection to the community.

So many reports of orders taking months to arrive, lack of customer service, refusal to answer questions about genetics, and adding 592 new lines of polyhybrids every other week made me delete the JOTI bookmark a while back.

Yeah, I wanted to give him a shot out of curiosity. Not a huge deal at the end of the day, but annoying enough to be worth sharing. Just another reason to support the stellar breeders on here!

Looking great man!! That Chocolate Mindfuck is super interesting, haven't seen one with internode distance that short before. If it's a lady she'll probably stack beautifully.

I did a bunch of repotting today, namely Green Manalishi F2 and Mr. Nice's Spice. I definitely maybe dropped too many seeds last month but it's all good. Speaking of which, I dropped all of the Mangos today.

That includes Bodhi's Mango Hashplant (Mangobiche x '88 Ghash), Cannabiogen's Mangobiche x Peyote Purple, Mr. Nice's Mango Widow, and a cross from a homie called Blue Power Mango (Mr. Nice Mango x Sin City's Blue Power). The tentative plan is to hit the nicest of all of these with the frosty Baked Strawberry Ghash dude, but that might change if another frosty dude shows up.

I also pollinated the nicest lady of the [(Blue Dream x ON Haze) x G13 Hazeplant] with the frosty dude for F2's. Probably a month or so and they'll be ready.

The Cheeses have started differentiating, with at least a couple nice males around. The 67's and Shotgun Weddings are both just about finished differentiating, with one or two plants of each left. Kaleidoscope is pretty much on the same timeline. The dudes of those three will go into the dude tent once the Lemon guys in there have done their thing. Obviously the final chucking dude isn't final, but it's looking like one of Lemon Citron x G13 Hazeplant or Lemon Tree x ON Haze will be the guy lucky enough to bukkake the lemon lady keepers.

My first real foray into Widow genetics started today, with Hazeman's Aloha White Widow x (Headband x Mikado) and Mr. Nice's G13 Widow getting dropped. I've dropped a few Widow crosses here and there, but nothing this substantial. TNF's Widowmaker Skunk is getting dropped later this month with the Skunk project.

I chopped Blackberry Sugar Cane a couple days ago and have damn near smoked the whole plant. Absolutely delicious stuff that was full of seeds from Baked Strawberry Ghash. So the beans from that, Purple Pineapple Tree, and Motherlode will get some time in the fridge and then get germed in the next month.

Before that, I'll be dropping a CBD project. Exotic Genetix' Mystic Magic, Motarebel's Harlequin x Longbottom Leaf, Sensi's Black Domina CBD fems, and Emerald Triangle's Mandarin Mimosa fems will go down along with RSC's Syrian for the preservation project. Then come the Skunks, then the BSG babies, then the OG's, then the Hazes.

Ive never tried any 1:1 or CBD anything..What's that like? Are the strains that claim high CBD all really high CBD or is it a selection that you wouldn't for sure know until sampling? Always been a little stumped about that..I have a vast amount of pain from a head on collision in dec 2020 and still in physical therapy...I absolutely refuse to take pain killers or any pharma drugs period...Not sure why I haven't persuaded myself to dig deeper into CBD strains...Lack of knowledge gets the best of me on that one..

Um, it sounds like exactly what you're looking for.

The combination of CBD and THC is more effective in managing my physical pain than either alone. Especially in edible form, where it and some of the THC degrading into CBN help with sleep too.

That revegged Vale Tudo lady that I pulled and cut a month or two ago is exploding again in flower, both in terms of stretch and pistils.

There are a few standout ladies in there right now, actually! Shout out to @Gentlemancorpse for the Swazi Burmese preservation work, that lady is looking beautiful and already chucking pistils.

What will it be called? The only thing it possibly can be.

So I figured out a way to dry buds in a few hours after cutting. It's not quite as good as room-temp slow curing them, but it's more than adequate in a pinch.

It's not tricky at all. Just cut the buds off of the main stems and put them on a cookie sheet in a counter-top convection oven on its lowest heat setting (usually around 115 degrees F) with the fan on high. They'll be ready to smoke in 3-4 hours with barely any noticeable loss of terps.
