A microwave will do about the same in 5-10 minutes, if you’re as desperate as I’ve been at times.
20-30% power, 30 second blasts.
Use a plate, and flip buds every cycle, wiping the moisture from the plate each time.
Just don’t forget to change the power level each blast.
30 seconds once at full power will cook your buds. Possibly catch fire, from experience lol

Okay, so some real quick smoke reviews.

Motherlode [(Hashplant x Double Strawberry Diesel) x Killingfields]: I did an awful job of growing these plants in particular, so this is the bare minimum of its potential. But hot damn! I'm legit nodding off like a sleepy toddler while trying to type this. It fucking slaps. Delicious strawberry leaf terps and vapors that actually numb whatever they come in contact with. It's some special stuff.

MLode2.jpg

@Schwaggy P 's HAOG x Black Triangle: Some absolutely beautiful plants with a high to match. Refined, powerful, piney, fuely, dank goodness and some damn tough plants. All I could ask for from an OG and a reminder that I still love them.

haogbt1.jpg

@Frimpong 's Blackberry Sugarcane: Reminded me of getting shit faced on blackberry wine without the vomiting. Literally like inhalable narcotic Crème de Mûre. Nomnomnomnomnomnom. It's a fucking anxiety blaster, too.

bbsc2.jpg

Motarebel Baked Strawberry Ghash: Straight up delicious strawberry jam giggle weed. Surprisingly good to smoke during the day, too.

BSG3.jpg

Beans were made from all of them! The HAOG x BT got hit with the [(ECSD x Moonshine Haze) x 88 Ghash] dude and the other three got hit, of course, with the frosty Baked Strawberry Ghash dude.

Lifting my arms feels funny now.

Did I mention that I dropped @Phylex 's Moon Dragon with Spyralout? Because I did, and they're both popping. Same with Mango Widow, Blue Power Mango, Mango Hashplant, Mangobiche x Peyote Purple, and G13 Widow.

The logjam of popped strains got a bit of relief today, with there being enough plants differentiating that I have the pots for repotting Campari Diesel (Forbidden Fruit Cake x Diesel Ghash). Even that small, handing those dudes is interesting because there's a LOUD grapefruit peel scent coming off of them, which is exactly what I was hoping for. That Forbidden Fruit Cake mom is the grapefruit-reeking polyploid from earlier this year, I'm hoping there will be a dude that is worth throwing at Heavy Grapefruit.

The G13 Hazeplant x Tin Foil Hats are pretty fucking insane. Most of them are already over a foot tall, and both males and ladies have started showing themselves.

Neither the Grape Stomper x White Dawg or Orange Ghash dudes had trichomes, so into the bin they went. That cleared the way for a few new additions to the dude tent- a (Supreme Lemon x Super Lemon Moon) dude that already has trichomes on its top fan leaves, a Kaleidoscope, and another Shotgun Wedding. The Sky Burials, Cheeses, G13 Hazes/Hazeplants/GHH x TFH seem like they're differentiating next. Of course, only the frosty dudes get to be fathers. Speaking of which, the frosty Baked Strawberry Ghash dude is definitely revegging. He'll be around for a while.

Man. Lots getting accomplished today.

Got a cubic yard of Promix CC, which makes 4 17 gallon containers of dirt with the following recipe:

50/50 by volume Promix and perlite
8 Tablespoons Gaia Green 4-4-4 per 17 gallons
1/4 cup kelp powder per 17 gallons
1/2 cup lime per 17 gallons
1 cup vermiculite per 17 gallons

I did one container of dirt especially for flowering as well, adding:

8 Tablespoons Gaia Green 2-8-4
1/2 cup epsom salts
1/4 cup micronized sulfur
1/4 cup lime

Every plant but the ones in late flower got fed today with aspirin, alfalfa, and vitamin D as well as half-strength Mega Crop. I've really liked the addition of alfalfa to the water of vegging plants. Triacontan-all the things!

Rearranged the lights in the early veg area and split them up over two shelves, doubling the space for young, undifferentiated plants.

That gave me space to repot both 7 Hills and Blackberry Mittens into individual containers, which they both desperately needed. The Moon Dragon and Spyralout both got the same treatment, with Purple Pineapple Tree next up for pots. I also gave two Shotgun Weddings and two [Supreme Lemon x (Super Lemon Haze x Moonshine Haze)] ladies new pots and culled a Sky Burial for flowering under 24 hours of light.

Pollinated Fat Purple with Baked Strawberry Ghash and re-flipped the original frosty dude for more pollen collection and chuckery. Also checked all of the other dudes in the dude tent for trichomes, no luck so far. Also flipped a Lemon Skunk Redux and another of the (Supreme Lemon x Super Lemon Moon) ladies. The Shotgun Weddings will hold off for another couple weeks at least, but they're all stretching to the moon so far so they might need to get flipped early.

The Lemon project is really coming into full swing in flower, there are less than 10 of them left waiting for bigger pots.

Xibalba Genetics' Zkittlez x Black Triangle is getting dropped later tonight along with Pineapple Strawberry Granita.

Do you add the aspirin down into the rootzone...I've heard spraying the leaf and stem...Oh man I feel a bunch of new reading in my near future

I use aspirin in one of my IPM foliars, along with glycerin, neem oil, and tea tree oil. Also add it to the watering mix most of the time.

ZBT (Zkittlez x Black Triangle) and Purple Strawberry Granita are down. Just for reference (again), this is PSG's lineage.

{[Trainwreck X (Blueberry x Skunk #1)] x [(Trainwreck x The Purps) x (Trainwreck x The Purps) x (Headband x Jack The Ripper)]} x (Pineapple Express x Plum Haze) x [(Trainwreck x The Purps) x (Headband x Jack The Ripper)] x [(Strawberry Cough x Strawberry Diesel) x (G13 Hashplant x SFV OG) x Jack's Cleaner]}

I also decided to give Orange Gasm x G13 Hazeplant another shot with the oranges dropping these days. They exist in flower these days, but didn't get nearly enough veg time to let the genetics express themselves. They'll go down with Mandarin Mimosa and Black Domina CBD tomorrow.

That'll give BBSC x BSG and Motherlode x BSG some time in the fridge before getting dropped.

Man. It's been a while.

Everything is still coming along beautifully. The Lemons are almost all in late veg or flower. Shotgun Weddings, Kaleidoscopes, and 67's will follow them. Then the Cheeses and likely the G13 Haze/Hazeplant/crosses, followed by a horde of fruity strains like Archive's Tropical Fusion, Europa's Heavy Grapefruit, Mr. Nice's Spice, the many Mangoes and crosses, etc.

Here's that same Vale Tudo cut, being flowered out again and making some Strawberry Fight Milk seeds in its lower branches. She's still at least 3 weeks out from being cut, but I'm definitely reminded of why I kept her around.

vtreveg630.jpg

Speaking of potential frost factories, Blackberry Sugar Cane x Baked Strawberry Ghash beans are going down tonight!! If everything plays out right, I should be able to BX all of the BSG dude's progeny (Motherlode, Purple Pineapple Tree, BSG F2, BBSC) to him if no males of the next generation are trichomey.

As far as the dudes go, I'm still deciding on which dude to use for the Lemon project. Lemon Citron x G13 Hazeplant is dropping the most pollen, Lemon Tree x ON Haze and Chocolate Thai x Lemon Thai have the best structure so far, Supreme Lemon x SLM seems to have the greatest potential for trichomes. It's a real pickle.

Not yet! They're getting to the point where they'll start smelling pretty soon. It'll be a few weeks at least before they get time in the late veg tent, the first Kaleidoscope lady just went in there actually. 4 more of those to go and 5 Sky Burial ladies [(Uzbekistan x Nepalma) x (G13 Haze x G13 Hashplant)] and then the cheeses will start flowing! By that time I'll have pollen collected from the lemon dudes and they'll be replaced with Cheeses.

The G13 Haze/Hazeplant/Hashplant crosses are all looking aggressively vigorous, as well. They'll be screaming to get flipped with the Cheeses, especially the G13 Hazeplant x Tin Foil Hat babies that stretch like a gymnast that does yoga in her free time. Surprising hybrid vigor on those crosses, Sky Burial, and Kaleidoscope- especially when grown next to worked strains like Heavy Grapefruit that grows about 1/3 as fast.

I did drop (Motherlode x BSG) and (BBSC F1 x BSG), which I'm dubbing Kir Royale after the insanely tasty French cocktail. Also gave Blue Power Mango and Bayraktar [Comet Kush x (ECSD x Moonshine Haze) x Ghash] their own pots, with (Tangie 99 x Interstate Dragon) likely being next to get repotted.

The (Tangie 99 x Interstate Dragon) and (Tangie x Aphasia Haze) both got their own pots today, along with Hazeman's Aloha White Widow x (Headband x Mikado) while the last of the lemon ladies went into the late veg tent in a bigger pot.

I've started sorting the G13 Haze, G13 Hazeplant, and G13 Hazeplant x Tin Foil Hat ladies in late veg, and I'm super pleased with how they're all looking. Looks like I'll have at least 8 ladies each of G13 Haze and Hazeplant, as well as 5-6 GHH x TFH and at least that of Sky Burial [(Uzbekistan x Nepalma) x G13 Hazeplant]. All have at least one great looking dude, especially a squat, stinky G13 Haze guy. The Green Manalishis are growing quickly and will likely be part of the next wave of plants that goes into the differentiation tent, followed shortly by 7 Hills and Blackberry Mittens.

Would anyone be interested in a repro of USC's Col'Jam? 1974 Colombian Gold x Jamaican Lambsbread. Real shit, long flowering, super stretchy, heady euphoric high. I've got a lady and a dude now and I'm trying to see how many branches I need to pollinate to preserve/pass on the genetics. It's the grandmother to Chocolate Mindfuck, being hit with Killer Queen first and then that cross then being hit with Cocoa Puffs.

Yup! It's a great smoke but a low yielder and long flowering. Definitely not for everyone, but gold for the person who's looking.

If anyone is in the mood for some blistering, percussion-driven Canadian black metal, here's Spectral Wound. Reminiscent of early Dissection crossed with Watain and Mgla.

I have a collection of Black Metal myself but not sure I've ever heard that. Burzum is a good one and I think the singer Varg is out of prison now lol.

And yeah a true Sativa from a tropical climate I imagine the buds are wispy as they are better at avoiding mold in that humidity, but the smells .... hehe.

Yeah the Col'Jam lady that I originally kept smelled almost exactly like Black Forest Cake, which is part of how Chocolate Mindfuck got its name. Haven't smelled anything else close to it since besides the progeny.

Love me some black metal, especially when it has progressive elements and great drumming. I find that it builds and releases tension like no other genre, and it's not really close for me.

<- the double ride bell blasts at the end are sublime

<- Criminally underrated nature worship stuff from Romania

Kir Royale (BBSC F1 x BSG) and (Motherlode x BSG) are both popping ferociously, which is of course great to see. So now the dilemma of course becomes what to drop next!

The answer to that will be USC's Senegal and Ghana, along with Seeds of Africa's Mozambica. Real shit, straight up landraces. Worst case scenario the second Congo run doesn't produce a dude and I use one of them to pollinate Congo for the preservation project and then I suppose we'll just have some exclusive African heirloom genetic combos to hunt through as a forum!
