Thanks man!! I'm just a chucking nerd. I'm still a bit surprised that anyone even follows my grow and chucking adventures.
Bro..... There's people watching my journal too, and, sometimes, it amazes me too. I know what you mean, but, at the same time, you aren't just growing out some fire.... You're actually doing crosses, and, I might add, got me RIGHT here after seeing some of the stuff you're running. I personally enjoy seeing what you're doing. As an..... "Educated Newbie" ? Maybe that's what I'll go with LOL, but anyway, seeing how you guys go through your selection process, and what traits you're after, I dunno man, it's interesting to me, and interesting to see how you guys select what you select. So for whatever it's worth keep up the awesome projects! This is one of first forums where I'm actually a true newbie at the subject matter; Most of the forums I've been a member of were like Computer Security based where I was the one helping new members out more than I got helped out. Here it's like the exact opposite; I can comprehend what I see happening, but don't have the "hardware" to do a pollen run as of yet. Though I will say I've been inspired here, and now that we have a tent that fits in a bedroom, I can run a male batch in Winter where I won't panic about pollen getting out and ruining my smoking crop so, I'm hopeful

That warhead was a combination of Pipatxu x G13 Hazeplant, Col'Jam x Ghash, and Oaxacan x Chewie BX. All three are pretty heady.

A little rundown of what's in veg.
Here's the 24 hour tent, under 2 Unit Farm 1000 LED's. The differentiated females are on the left, fems in the middle, just-replanted regs are in the right container, dudes on the bottom left, and seedlings in the deli containers. G13 Haze is on the bottom, with the most seedlings coming from it. They'll get repotted shortly.
The differentiating tent, 12/12 under a Spider Farmer SF1000 at 100%. The last of the lemons are in here, as well as Shotgun Wedding, 67, and Kaleidoscope. As plants start showing sex they either get put back under 24 hours or ditched, then the hole is filled with the most mature reg seedling from the 24 hour tent.
And the late veg tent, under a 260w HLG @ 4000K. There are some ugly plants in here from revegging adventures, but they're all looking decent now. Vale Tudo, 2 Sky Burials, and Swazi Burm are probably the next four that'll get flipped. Then Fat Purple and Grape Stomper x White Dawg. I'd really like all of these to veg for 2 weeks to a month more, but I'll need to get some in the flower tent before that.
That's the Baked Strawberry Ghash dude on the bottom right, rooting and revegging further for more chuckery.

This is (Blue Dream x ON Haze) x G13 Hazeplant, my second trichomey male this year!
The Blue Dream x ON Haze is all Authentic Genetics, obviously, but G13 Hazeplant being the father to this dude is all kinds of gratifying.
I'm still kinda in disbelief, but the pics don't lie.
I was pretty close to throwing this dude out and using the Blue Dream x ON Haze pollen- I think partly because the amount of pollen that he's throwing makes it harder to see the trichomes. Obviously I'm glad that I did not.
This really changes how I'm going to be chucking in the future though. Now there are two undisputable keeper dudes, a lot of lines will fall by the wayside because of space constraints.
I'll still be running and selecting dudes, of course. But if they don't have trichomes, they're probably not gonna get chucked with.

Here are the babies. G13 Hazeplant, G13 Hazeplant x Tin Foil Hat, Tropical Nuggets, Spice, 7 Hills, Campari Diesel, and probably some that I'm forgetting.
The current differentiation tent. Almost all of the lemons are out of here, it's mostly Shotgun Wedding, 67, Cheeses, and Kaleidoscope. Obviously these are all reg seeds.
The 24 hour tent. The two containers on the left are all ladies, and the dudes are on the right. Everything else is pre-differentiation regs.
The late veg/reveg tent. Obviously things are starting to take off in here, with Grape Stomper x White Dawg and Fat Purple being the biggest plants in there at the moment. It's very likely that 2-3 of the plants in here will get flipped today although I think in an ideal world everything in here would get to veg for another couple weeks.
And a bit of bud porn. This is Cannabeizein's (Purple Goat x Pineapple Chakra) x Tree of Life BX. I've generally referred to it as purple pineapple tree for brevity. Ideally I think she's about 1.5 to 2.5 weeks out but she might get cut before then. She's been pollinated with both Baked Strawberry Ghash and Diesel Ghash, so unless the high is mediocre there will be some hunting!
Coincidentally, more of the Pruple Pineapple Tree will also be part of the next drop, along with Xibalba Genetics' [Zkittlez x (Black Triangle x Fat Cherry Afghani)], a Blueberry cross or two, and a strain that I feared had been lost to history- Green Manalishi F2 from NAW seeds, originally bred by Motarebel. It's (G13 Hashplant x Pacific G13) so I'm hoping that I'll find something to chuck at the other G13 crosses that are already going.
Only a few more drops of fruity stuff (Mangos and Pineapples), then it's on to a little convoy of CBD-containing strains- Motarebel's (Harlequin x Longbottom Leaf), Sensi's Black Domina CBD, Emerald Triangle's Mandarin Mimosa, and Exotic Genetix' Mystic Magic.
Then the Skunks!!

I was about to say that I'm annoyed with myself at the moment for not dropping enough beans in December and January, then it occurred to me that those were the months that I was moving and maybe I should cut myself some slack.
Really I'm just annoyed that I've got a bit of a drought coming up. I'm about out of bud and there are 3 plants that are close to being cuttable- though none should really come down. The first, Purple Pineapple Tree, is likely to come down tonight, even though I'd ideally like it to go another week and a half. That'll be followed by both Icy OG's and Baked Strawberry Ghash, which I'd also like to get at least another couple weeks.
More Lemon project stuff went into the late veg tent- Copa's Time Trip, another of Santero's Chocolate Thai x Lemon Thai, my Lemon Citron x G13 Hazeplant, and TNF's Lemon Skunk Redux.
The first of the Fat Purple and Grape Stomper x White Dawg ladies have been flipped, definitely excited to see what those bring.

The Blackberry Mittens are popping! It's good to have both them and 7 Hills popping together since they'll both likely be getting hit with Baked Strawberry Ghash pollen.
Pretty much everything I dropped this month has been stellar- except for JOTI's Ambrosia. Ordered 12 beans directly from him, all but 5 came smashed with zero email response from the breeder, then only 3 of those 5 germed, Not a huge loss monetarily, but it's always wonderful to find another shady fuckwagon that wouldn't know decent customer service if he were on fire and it was a bucket of water.
I've heard from other commercial growers/breeders on the Island that he's a genetic-stealing douchebag as well, so between that, the lack of info on his strains and breeding, and the complete lack of customer service, I'll just get beans elsewhere (and/or make better ones) and recommend that others stay away unless they like receiving orders smashed and being ignored.
So yeah, fuck JOTI raw with a turbocharged auger.
In good news, the Framboises got their own pots today. Their germing container will get refilled and be used to pop Bodhi's Mango Hashplant.
I did end up pulling that Purple Pineapple Tree for emergency smoke. It smells like pineapple covered in crazy glue, with some musty dankness on the back end. It hurts my soul to cut it as early as I did, but the wounds were then not as bad once I saw that it is full of mature seeds from the frosty BSG dude.

The Blackbird 67's and the Kaleidoscope have also started differentiating, with both having some males that look worth flowering out. It's crazy how fast they grow up sometimes.

Flipped another Fat Purple and two Lemon Randos tonight, the flowering tent is almost back at full capacity. With plants that have mostly had a decent veg cycle, no less. My goal is not to flip any plants that are below 2 feet tall. Next to get flipped will be the Peach Tree
67's, Kaleidoscopes, and Shotgun Weddings continue to differentiate, all showing some very nice phenos.
The flower tent is almost back up to the point where I can take decent pictures of it again. There were some rough looking plants (no fault of the genetics) that I was only finishing because of my aforementioned drought, but they're all down now. The Sky Burial, Swazi Burm, and [(Blue Dream x ON Haze) x G13 Hazeplant] ladies are really taking off, with quite a few lookers following them.
Obvs [(BD x ON Haze) x G13 Hazeplant] beans will be made with the frosty dude. Those crossed with (Digital Dream x G13 Hazeplant) breaks down to:

So the moms all the way up are Blue Dream with a double influence of the Santa Cruz clone only, hit with a bit of extra Haze via the Original Haze, Neville's Haze, and G13 Hazeplant, a bit of OG, and a tiny bit of Afgooey and Block Head. The winning plants came from a 25 pheno selection from two different (Blue Dream x ON Haze) ladies crossed with G13 Hazeplant pollen.

I stopped using him. Just never got the feeling that it was more than a greedy cash-grab, with no passion for the plant or connection to the community.
So many reports of orders taking months to arrive, lack of customer service, refusal to answer questions about genetics, and adding 592 new lines of polyhybrids every other week made me delete the JOTI bookmark a while back.
