If growing in same room than yes, If it was me I would mount the led (650r) and let the plants love and get used to her brightness
In veg stage Have the led (650r) 30-48 inches away from plant canopy @ 30-50% dim. Watch plant next 1-5 days and see how the plants respond. In veg i wouldnt go beyond 50% dim, even at above 30+ inches .. Once in flower stage gradually lower to 24 inches and gradually raise dim to 75-100% dim . Like above watch the plants input requirements and I notice many pheno’s don’t like it above 75% and if they do you need to have it at co2 enriched and higher nutes if so. key is that medium if not singular pheno that majority like ur settings, just saying cause in first rounds from switching from de to led’s I would go to the max and even with co2, I was def fucking certain pheno’s up . Also note it takes more than hr’s to show the effects so watch the plants daily for their limits.
in flower stage keep ur temps on canopy at 78-84f (canopy ) and make sure to follow ur vpd on 1.0-1.2 makes a world diff
"Why devote an entire guide to VPD?" you might ask. The answer is that the vapor pressure deficit (VPD) is extremely important for growing plants. VPD helps you identify the correct range of temperature and humidity to aim for in your grow space. With VPD you can achieve the best results while...

on last 2-3 weeks of flower i gradually lower led dim back to 50-75% dim along time my temps and get the temps under 70f if u can. When u lower ur temps and under 78f if u are already using co2 gradually lower that as well, I just keep my ppm being sealed room to 700-750ppm at end since that’s what ppm it would be outdoors , key also is follow vpd and once ur lowering temps you need to have the rh based on such. Meaning lower the temp equals less humidity To keep in right range. I gradually lower when temp is lower at end to rh to 50rh-60rh max
