Hey all! I'm *not a breeder* I am a medical grower, but I'm working with a breeder that knows what's up on this project. So here goes...
For the last 9-10 months I've been growing a lemon kush variety with some kinda cloudy lineage. I've looked it up and I feel like I know where it came from, but I'm pretty sure the original breeders.. The terps are amazing. The best I can explain it is like you walked into Starbux just after they've brewed their first 19 pots of coffee, and the floors are still wet with Lemon Mr. Clean. This plant grows SO AMAZING that on my first run of it I waited until it was nearly 4' tall in veg. The plant ended up being over 8' tall, and approximately 9' wide. Big HUGE buds every 7-9", and even the lower branches reached up to the lights. No joke. Below are some pics.
So that's going to be the momma. I just took a snip and for the first time in my life, mailed it off to the breeder that's going to tap her. I wrapped it up in wet paper towels, misted it with some peroxide, put that in a plastic bag, put that into a parchment paper lined small box and taped it up really well. Put that whole box into a plastic bad and wrapped it again with tape. Put that all into a bubble mailer and sent it off with two day guaranteed delivery. (fingers crossed on that) That's my test shipment. Got lots of other snips to send if that one dies.
So for the daddy.
This folks I'm working with have Double-Dose Diesel. Now you may already know where that came from, but if not I'm not coming out too fast with the exact breeder. But basically it's Original Diesel x Sour Diesel. The breeder that I'm working with got a male of that he's calling his main stud for a few other breeding projects.
The Double-Dose Diesel Daddy is going to be hitting the Lemon Kush I've sent just as soon as possible. It's my firm belief after researching the genetics that the parents of these strains have never met.... so, we can expect some serious hybrid vigor.
So what do you guys and gals all think?

This was about day 18 after setting to flower, in a garage with 3x 600W HPS + 3x 315W CMH lamps. As you can see she towers over the room.
The big one is the Lemon Kush. This is somewhere towards the end of week 3.
Good shot here, notice the lack of almost any other plant in view LOL! Bust out the orchard ladders!! This was somewhere around week 5/6 flower same run. I've got some NASTY posts on my IG of the LK grows too. Simply out of control.
Here's a taste of what I just harvested about 2 weeks ago, and am taking to the local cannabis cup with more or less a guarantee to smash it.
